How I Made $90,000 in 30 days As a New Real Estate Agent.. My Advice (Not Clickbait)

Hey everyone welcome back to the channel! In this video I walk you through how in one month I was able to make $90,000 almost $100,000 in commissions as a new real estate agent.
I consider myself still new because they say within the first 5 years most agents will quit or fail at becoming a real estate agent. I'm a little less than 2 years in so there's my explanation. I hope you find inspiration and encouragement from this video and know right off the bat I am not sharing this to brag or gloat or make anybody feel bad about where they're at in life. This is to show you what's possible. New real estate agents listen to my advice in this video because it will earn you a lot of money in the future. As a new real estate agent I thought I wouldn't be successful, I had self doubt and didn't know how I was going to make it as a real estate agent. This is me telling you that anything is possible in this business as long as you're putting in that consistent action. I'm nothing special, and you can out perform me.

Bro! Caden! What can I say man! You're like the sign from God, for most of us probably needed for us entrepreneurs looking for a way out of this rat race, or In general to achieve our goals. I know this is what I needed, I've been in the process on trying to get my Real Estate license. I'm 23 years old from Chicago, taking the self teaching course, it's been difficult and I've might of lacked off here and there and recently have been feeling not so confident or self doubting myself, but things happen for a reason, i remember I searched up on youtube something real estate related to get motivated again, I remember a bunch of videos and channels popped up, who had thousands of views/subscribers, but I didn't get the urge to click on them, until I saw your! Video/channel "Real Estate Day in the life of a successful New Agent". Boom! Something about your thumbnail and seeing you were young, like myself had spoke to me, probably the same as all of us, wether you say in your videos, "you're nobody special" I'm here to tell you from all of us and myself, that I believe you are man! You're unique in the business in general and combining it with youtube, you're one of the most REAL! and completely honest person who talks about this industry. You're truly inspiring and motivational for me personally as much as you are for a lot of other people, like I said you're the sign I was looking for to help me get back on my grind and Real Estate career, whether i have finished the course yet or not, I know it'll be my career and business because I will pass that test and pursue my passion and you took a part of re-igniting that spark within to push forward and get things back on track I'm three chapters away from completing the course, then i would have to complete the required hours to move on to the final step which will be taking the test and what can I say I'm more excited and ready then ever, I know this is long, but i wanted to share these kind words from my POV to try n help you be motivated and inspired as well just like you do to us, you're doing an amazing job with everything bro! Keep it going, and remember to see how far you've come, don't be so hard on yourself My G! I’m currently studying to get my license but im so nervous that I’m going to bomb it over and over again. I keep watching videos like this and telling myself that this lifestyle change could be for me and my kids. I want it soooooo bad!!! I hope i can just pass and let my stress over the test fade and get comfortable with being a real estate agent! How did you study? I study all the time but it gets my anxiety goin with how much i overwhelm myself. I’ve purchased the prep agent exams and what knot that i came across on KZbin. I just cannot find much on Indiana…. Focusing on the positive though!! The life my kids deserve is on the horizon! I’m currently working full time in the auto industry but its just not the job i see myself in in the next 9 years

If you haven’t taken your exam already what I did was study the terms so I knew it like the back of my hand! Knowing the terms will really help you understand the question. Narrow down the questions to two possible answers and then go with your gut on the answer and don’t change or overthink! You’ve got this

These commission checks are great but can you talk about how much you are spending towards your business to close theses deals.

I did mention in this video I didn't pay any money for these specific leads or clients. Believe it or not in all of my business over the last 2 years I've spent almost nothing on leads. Very little on mailers, and $0 on zillow leads or things of that sort. Maybe I'll make a video on this in the future.

@@LivinginCoachellaValley Just pictures of about $120 per session! I'm on multiple MLS systems that I upload the property to if you want to count those as well but of course those are standard realtor fees.

Very lost! There's so many different scenario's. Most transactions are going to be different than the last so there's always stuff to learn. You'll get the hang of it after the first few though!
