This is great! The app looks like a handful, but I essentially would like to know the best way of using LiquidText to, for instance, break down a chapter or section of a manual by page...that is, highlight the important items in a chapter, and then have it so that all of the sections are dragged onto the blank area (dunno what that is, off-hand), and then I can see all of them in one location. I hope that is clear; it looks really powerful and can’t wait to learn how to use it properly. Thank you!

Thx for review and using txtbook as example :) This app is a monster. I've literally bought an ipad only for this one. I've got a lot of pdf books but honestly can't use them, because can't easily make a text/content map in my head, you know, can't easily find interesting fragment or important quote. Pdf, as we know, are different from papers :) There was a tones of readers Ive been using for years on android/win but reading huge pdfs was nightmarish, even if you use bookmarks or higliters an so on, you don't have overall view like in the paper book. Im not into mindmaps and notes but need quick highliter and use mindmaps panel as quotation tool (you can add your own comment via keyboard to specific text parts). In LT quotations/marks are incredible with this instant connection to the main text. Higlither view...omg...now, I can see all marked words in on view. Seraching tool - the same, can see all searching words in one window. And pinch function wchich allows squeeze text focusing on interesting parts, "removing" everything you donn't need to see. Wow...Ive never seen this kind of fresh, usefull, great and convieniet ideas in one app. Always when I was reading book on kindle, or other android/win/ios app, I had a problem with taking whole, bigger picture. Now, Iam able to grab structure of texts, main ideas, takes appropirate quotations. And of course mindmaps mode, which can be used insted of original doxuments. Im soooo impresed. And, btw, I use still only free version :) Of course Im gonna buy full but it shows how powerfull this app is. Never working better with books/huge pdfs. Definitely must have, and btw ipad is easy to eyes.

Hi that's a great video! I'm a college student and have a surface pro and an ipad for education purpose. I was looking for an app that can support both IOS and PC Window 10 system for my classes and sync whenever I make a change on either advice. So I can look up my note at either one if I just bring one device to school. Just wondering does liquid text can sync to PC(such as surface pro) if I made a change on my ipad and vice versa? really need a good app that can sync both ways PS: I already use Onenote, which work fine but I would like to find an app that has more functionality and increase productivity. ~Thank you in advance~
@PaperlessX6 жыл бұрын
This will be a challenge. A lot of these apps are not really available on Android or Windows. LiquidText is only on IOS at the moment. I will try to find an app that will sync between those two. But it might take a while, at the moment... OneNote is your best shot. But I completely understand why you'd want to change that. Office365 too.
@angeleyao44756 жыл бұрын
Thank you for clarification because I don’t want to spend money on something that are not sync both of my devices. I think I’m gonna use OneNote until there’s something new coming out . Hi, this looks great! Just wanted to ask, can you have multiple workspaces for a single PDF without needing to duplicate the PDF? For example if you have notes for "skin" and reference a dermatology book, an anatomy book and a PDF handout from a lecture, can you make a new note called "nails" referencing the same dermatology book, a different PDF handout and a surgery book without having to duplicate that dermatology book?
@PaperlessX6 жыл бұрын
No, the app duplicates the PDFs when you add them to a new workspace... Which means it takes up a lot of space. From one semester of work, I have almost 12GB of data in LiquidText.

Hey there, thanks for the informative video. I would like to know that 1)can we import images in that infinie canvas and PDF 2)does drag and drop works between good notes and liquid text for transferring diagrams and images 3)does ocr works for scanned images (by CamScanner )? 4)Most of text books are available as PDF ,but what if there isn't PDF available for some books then how would you manage your work flow and have a 32 GB iPad pro ? (This is the scenario I am struck with) Thanks in advance and keep up the good work doc 👏☺️

Hello... 1. Yes you can import images into the infinite canvas. You can import images as a PDF but you can't add them to the PDF 2. Yes, drag and drop works between those two apps 3. OCR in what app? Please elaborate what you mean by OCR 4. What format of textbooks do you have? To manage your work flow you can use some cloud storages... Google drive for example.
