• MINCED MEAT FRIED RICE...
This soft donuts that is filled with different fillings ranging from sweet condensed milk, Whipped cream, chocolate frosting, ganache, Nutella, jam Etc is so easy to make if you follow the right recipe and procedure
Ingredients
1. 500g flour / 4 cups
2. 1 cup room temperature water
3. 1 tablespoon yeast
4. 1 large egg
5. 100g of sugar about 4 tablespoons
6. 50g butter /2 tablespoon
Procedures
1.Mix all ingredients and knead for about 30 minutes until dough is visibly pale , stretchy and soft to touch
2. For uniform/ Same Size doughnuts, cut out between 75-85g of dough for standard donuts and 45-50g for minis
3. Mould and shape your donuts following the method in the video
4. Put your moulded doughnuts on a parchment paper square that is dust with flour
5. Put in warm place and allow to rise for an hour or more depending on the weather or temperature
6. Fry on medium low heat , 3 mins each size
7. Sugar coat while it's till warm
8. Filled as desired and package
