I feel sorry for the Great Dane. If he was white with blue eyes he was likely deaf and blind and panicked when he couldn’t get his owner to get up. Dogs do the most damage after the death of an owner by biting (usually on the face when they can’t hear the person breathing) progressively harder trying to rouse the person, they then resort to trying to drag a person as they begin to panic that their person isn’t responding, and if they are starving they will begin to eat soft fleshy pieces. I knew a German Shepherd who was adopted by a family friend that was stuck with the body of his deceased owner prior to being adopted. Sweet dog without a mean bone in his body. He was just trying to survive.

@@superjavi9313 Nowhere in my comment am I making a joke out of it? I believe that babies cry and get stressed and I know someone who legitimately used to hold their breath as a baby until they passed out. Wouldn't call it a panic attack though and also wouldn't call it something out of the ordinary. It's so common for babies to cry for hours etc. that if you claimed they were all panic attacks, I'm sure the whole world's population had a 'panic attack' by the time they were one.

Glitch in the matrix? This sounds like the St. Louis light in Canada, involving a train and all.
@brianartillery4 жыл бұрын
'Glitch In The Matrix'. That's a modern term for it. I prefer 'Timeslip' myself. As if your passage through time was like the stylus on a record deck, and maybe once, you 'skip' to a previous or subsequent groove. There are also interstices in space/time, which have been referred to as The gaps between 'Now' and 'Now'. And 'Now' is an odd concept; as soon as you say, or write it, it becomes 'Then'.

I used to have a next door neighbor with 3 dogs. Unbeknownst to us, he had been dead in his house for several weeks. Once his dogs got hungry, they began to eat his body. The day before he was discovered, I wanted to go over and ask him to help my husband move some things. He would make pocket money by helping neighbors with various tasks. Thankfully my husband talked me out of it.

I mean granted it was going a bit quicker than most of the other steam trains but it might just be science or something seeing as the front of the train is incredibly hot, I'm no scientist but really hot fast train going through already cold air might do something lol. Enjoyed the story but by the sounds of it you just saw a train probably on a test run after a long day of tinkering.
