Hi Quita, love the planning. For the water I have the same goal. How I hit mine everyday or at least ensure I get 120oz min, I ditched the big water bottle and I got (2) of the 24oz Starbucks cup, one to keep at work and one stays home. I bring a full one to bed and in the morning as I get out of bed I drink at least half of it (12oz). I’m at work by 8am and I drink two more 24oz by 11 right before I go to the gym. At the gym I usually drink another 16 oz from my gym bottle. I make sure to finish it. Then by the time I leave work at 4/5pm I drink another 48oz. Thats 124oz right there and then drink another 4-8 oz before I go to bed by 9pm. I recommend setting routines around drinking your water or setting an alarm to remind you to drink a certain amount of ounces
