I overpaid for this Honda Civic and still made BANK! I have always had fun buying and selling cars so when I saw this Honda Civic EG Coupe pop up on Facebook Marketplace, I knew I had to pick it up as a side hustle car flip project. These flip videos are very entertaining. I personally do flips on the side myself. I recently was able to flip up into a 1990 r32 skyline gts4 for only about 3700 out of pocket, and a 1990 240sx rb20 swapped for under 1k out of pocket. The profits from these flips help us afford the stuff we really want without having to pay full price technically lol.

The look I get from my family when i said I may never work a "real" job again; rough, the look when they realize I dont have to; priceless....I hope...I haven't seen that one yet. Did quit my job so 🤷‍♂️. Congrats on your flippage. You said it right too. I don't see me driving alot of cars I would like to any other way. I've got a factory 5 speed SC300, an SC400...both need work. Then an 03 Grand Marquis LS Ultimate in great shape with 102,000 miles. I live near Charlotte, NC so population should help me get going.

Great video man! Keep up your good work! BTW, I went to Chicago in May (exactly your location shown on the FB marketplace😂) to check out an old lexus GX available on a small dealer. It took me only ten minutes to pass that car since the frame was completely rusted through… but man, it took me 5 hours one way going from STL to Chicago. Before I took off, I asked the dealer for a couple of times about what problem the car had, he just said no problem at all. It was a huge disappointment… I wish every seller can be as much honest and transparent as you did. People can make money from selling and flipping, which I’m completely good with. But to be honest about doing business is super important. Anyway, you did a great job!

But honestly after watching how long your stock block has held up I’m really considering selling them. I know you buy these cars to flip them for a profit, but from a seller’s standpoint and with the way the Honda market is I personally think you got this car at a steal of a price. Granted that you got a civic that’s not all one color on the outside, but it did have a b series and vtec, it also ran, has full interior, aftermarket suspension, wheels, rear disc, and a bunch of stare parts that as well have value to them.
