How I Paint My Aeldari Spirit Stones

Hi Everyone,
In this video I will demonstrate how I'll be painting my Aeldari Spirit Stones.

If you love the Aeldari, you'll be pleased to know there are a few more videos planned for them.
Now I've picked red spirit stones to paint in this tutorial as I wanted to have them act as a spot colour on my Biel-Tan Aeldari, but give it a try with other colours depending on what you're painting. The method will be exactly the same.
Here are some of other suggestions for alternative colour palettes:

I know a lot of people poo-poo "recipes," but these are the kind of steps that you can copy, get good results with, and then, in turn, not get frustrated with the hobby- leading to more painted minis. Start deviating from the script once you've got a technique or two down, I say. Thanks as ever for your uploads, and have a great week.

Yeah that's exactly how I see it too. Just a stepping stone before people go off and do their own thing/create their own styles. I've been painting minis for nearly 30 years and I'm guilty of finding one way to do something and then sticking to it, not really thinking about other/better ways of doing things. I'm finding that doing this channel is making me think a lot more about how I paint so and experiment so the channel is hopefully helping my painting improve too. Plus I'm having a lot of fun learning all the new software and editing skills needed to put videos together. Thanks for taking time to comment and watch my videos, it's very much appreciated! 😀

Yeah life got a bit hectic last year. Work/life balance got a little of of whack and throw in some health issues with family and myself. Onwards and upwards though, so hopefully 2023 will be better and I can get this channel up and running properly. I hope you'll stick around 🙂
