Congrats! I graduated in April of this year and got my A+ Cert in May. I landed my 1st IT role at the end of June, as a desktop support tech at a zoo. I'm taking my Network + next week and then I'm going to pursue the CCNA. I'm more interested in the networking side of things but cybersecurity is cool too! Again congrats and keep grinding!

Thanks for the info! I was starting to doubt myself just because of the unknown. I passed the core 1 exam in September and I have to take my core 2 exam in November. I was able to score over 700 on my core 1 exam and now that I hear you say that core 2 is easier I’m feeling better about it. Thanks again

imo core 2 was way easier than core 1. you will absolutely pass. do some quizlets and some practice exams, and you're golden. good luck!!

I passed 1101 on Thursday. Taking this weekend to chill then back to studying Monday. I’ve been looking to see what to study for 1102. I have no prior IT or technology experience. I will definitely use this method. Thank you 🙏🏼

congrats! I passed 1101 but I'm nervous about 1102 because it requires a higher percentage to pass. I really don't want to waste my money on an attempt even though I feel like I'm ready for 1102 and want to get it over with.

@@mr.b1613 try taking some practice exams. That might help build your confidence even more and further help you retain the information for the exam. You’ve got this!

@@ourhealth5881 I’m sure you know the material, you may just need to do some spaced repetition for recalling the information on exam day, you can try anki, or quizlet. Another thing that may work is try explaining the exam topics to someone without looking at notes, that lets you know if you truly know and understand the information.

Hi Magdala, first of all congrats on your exam completion. I would be grateful if you can answer my question related to the certifications. I am planning to prepare for 220-1101 and 220-1102 exams but it turns out they are launching 220-1201 and 220-1202 for spring of 2025. Will you suggest me to start preparing for 1101 and 1102 for now, since it would be also repeated for 1201 and 1202? or should I just wait for Comptia to issue the syllabus for the 2025 module?

@@smeetshukla2813 the 220-1101&1102 expire late 2025. I suggest studying to take the current series because there’s so much information and study material out there for those versions, and you have plenty of time to study and pass before they expire. If you choose to wait for the new series, it may take some time before there’s study guides/ material for passing those exam series. Best of luck with whichever you decide :)

@Mag.da.la. With Eudemy, It's not so bad. I am disciplined with it, take my time with each section, then start to compile the information. I use Andy Ramdayal's course, and he is very good. A lot of "lab" portions, too, so you can follow and practice with the commands and software stuff.
