Thanks for sharing this! It's always great hearing about how you do things behind the scenes! I can't imagine how you get so many things done so well ☺ I'm creating long-form content on my main channel, which is highly 'produced', more organic content on my podcast channel, and repurpose content for IG and shorts. Lately, I've been trying to converge the topics to prepare for the launch of my book, so I am more focused instead of thinking of a thousand disjointed topics.

Not exactly, long story short, I ran a 20 year old brick and mortar nonprofit thrift store that was locally church owned. It grew more community than church helping community and they shut it down. I jave been blessed with a chance to revamp this nonprofit and though we had a growing Facebook following, I always knew we were leaving a lot on the table because we had not expanded our media platform. So, just trying to get ideas. (Oh, and I love android too!). Thanks for all the info!

Extraordinary person reading this, you are not define by your circumstance or your past. It’s not what happened to you that determines your success in life; it is how you deal with those circumstances that determines your success in life! You are strong, you are capable and practice forgiveness (Forgiveness is for you) and gratitude everyday. This will change the course of your life forever! Love you always and I believe in you wholeheartedly ✨❤️ - Nat

Thank-you Gillian. Wow! 😱 That is a LOT! However it is so truly valuable. Like you, I also started doing all of these on my own and am only just now getting ready to expand my team to take more off of my own plate. Had I not had a simpler plan to get started, like the one that you generously give us in your description, I would have totally felt overwhelmed and possibly given up. (Especially as a severely disabled lung person with limited physical energy and ability) I want to give hope to you who are reading my comment right now to ... ... take Gillian's full plan and see yourself at that stage eventually. Remember one tiny bite at a time. Having this full plan laid out will give you the vision of how you can organize your own channel and business so that you too only have to work a few hours a week like Gillian does. You will get there as long as you don't give up. You need to focus on what's most important to you and your audience and only produce content that has a particular purpose (engagement, sales, viral, likeability, whatever your aim is for that piece of content) Set up your own schedule to create 3-4 pieces of content each month that is giving valuable advice that your viewers can take away and use right away with a call to action at the end to go deeper by opting in to be on your mailing list with a special gift to entice them (a checklist, a video lesson, a quiz, whatever) and then focus on doing one engagement/connection piece each month to create that likeability and to show KZbin that your audience is engaged (liking, commenting, sharing, etc.) You of course always ask for the engagement in your content videos too but you have it as a secondary focus with the optin to your lead magnet or your sale as your main focus. The likeability one can be like the one Gillian shows us in her Asana project, her new home tour, for example. To help us connect deeper with Gillian as the wonderful mom-preneur that she is. Hope that is helpful. In short, be inspired and motivated by Gillian's video today, save it somewhere where you can refer back to it as you grow your business and then get started by downloading her simpler version to get yourself moving forward to achieving your dream. You've got this. Thank-you Gillian. Big hugs

Thanks for this video Gillian! A marketer and content creator myself… I got so freaking overwhelmed still! 😅 but I love how organized you are about it! I would so watch a video on how did you find your team, on which stage of building a business, and basically everything that can help a solopreneur to adapt your mindset of delegating. I really wanna do this, I know I’m not ready yet. But I wanna knew everything about it! Could be so cool to see such a video! In any case, thanks so much for this one, loved how humble and calm you are!

You're a bit mislead. People keep looking for the latest greatest new thing to do because it's digital content. Farmers don't look for the latest greatest way to grow crops. The reason being is that there is not a whole lot different from crowing crops today as it was 2000 years ago. You plant the seed, make sure the seed gets sufficient water and nutrients and nature does the rest. A farmer may look for a more efficient way to grow crops, or a way to gain a greater yield from his crops. But in the end, whether the farmer is plowing the field, using 5 gallon buckets or self wicking tubs, the farmer still has to get his hands dirty and plant that seed. If the information regarding content creation is repetitive to you, then it may be that you have learned all the fundamental principals of content creation that you need and are at a point where you must either pay for and in depth course to get the information that you think you are missing. However, one can learn a lot from teaching what one has learned specifically; one learns what one actually knows and what one does not know. One also learns that what one may need to learn, is specific and personal and requires one to tap into one's own creativity in order to fulfill that need. I know that sucks to hear because it's much easier to follow someone else's process. But sometimes; the only one that can develop what you need is; you.

@@LetsCreateYourWEBSITE You are looking for something that you yourself may have to create for it to exist. It may also be that what you know, is all you need to know. You learn best what you know, by teaching what you know.
