I love my business planner!!! Its so Well thought out and organized. Theres even advice /modivation page in there. You really have covered all the basis and exceeded my expectations. I can tell you put alot of time and effort into this. As a small business owner this is one thing I can check off my list and not have to teach myself a new system to lean how to navigate. I have been using Notion for a while to organize all of my business stuff as well. I needed to have one place where I gathered all the random notes and ideas I keep scattered for my business. I often use the Notes app on my phone to brain dump and then organize it better in Notion. It took a bit for me to learn how to use it, but I really like it now. I love seeing how other business owners are using it as well. Thanks for sharing your process!

Love Notion and use it for my candle biz as well! I have a pretty complex dashboard but use it as my biz hub, currently working on building out API's (computer nerd) that help with the flow of data from ConvertiKit to WooCommerce to CraftyBase to Square to QuickBooks and creating process flows for myself to simplify the steps and automate more parts so I can concentrate on making candles and decor as well as grow my sales channels. Love seeing how it flows in your process as well!

Your color-coded idea list is known in the project management world as Agile. You basically invented it for yourself. That is really impressive. You should look up how a kanban board works. It might be really effective for you, and would likely be easy to create in Notion. Thanks for the walkthrough!

Hi will these warning label helps with my candles in jars/tins? Will the customers knows how long to burn the candles and when to switch it off. Because I saw different warnings label and some says specific candles to let it burn till it’s show the melting pool. How come these warning labels doesn’t say that? I did find the warning labels stickers and it’s didn’t say to let it burn till melting pool. and I don’t know whether to buy readymade or make my own sticker? Please help

You could probably add a seperate section for this if you would like to, but I don't think it would be very efficient. I personally use Quickbooks for bookkeeping because everything is connected to my bank account with automatic category tags for most things so it's very easy for me to use. I use Notion for planning my business tasks, goals, and content. I use Quickbooks for bookkeeping and Inventora for inventory management. It would be cool to be able to have every single thing in one place but those are my 3 softwares I use!

I'm sorry if it's a little higher than what you would like to pay! I priced it based on comparable business planners as well as the value and time it saves. I worked hard on this planner for myself so i'm hoping that it's a huge time saver for others to have a template that's already personalized for handmade businesses with all the categories already set up.

The good thing about Notion is that it’s free and there’s a ton of resources for it on KZbin. So if you aren’t able to invest money in this template, you can invest time instead to be able to create your own that’s completely personal to you!

Do you by any chance have ADHD? you do sound a little neuro spicy! I didn’t realize I had ADHD until adulthood, I wasn’t a very typical hyper active kid! Anyway, thank you for all that you do!!❤

So over the past couple of years I have had probably a dozen people bring up ADHD and I even had a couple people send me some emails (nothing bad, just sharing their experience with getting diagnosed later in life!) The first couple times I saw comments asking if I had ADHD I just laughed it off thinking it was ridiculous because I'm not hyper active (I didn't know there were different kinds of ADHD) I haven't been officially diagnosed but after doing tons of research, I had such a "light bulb" moment and suddenly I learned so much about myself and why I am the way I am. I relate to A LOT of the struggles that people who have ADHD (specifically inattentive) have. It was almost mind blowing learning about executive dysfunction....I was like so I'm not just stupid and lazy? lol Thank you for your comment!!

@@MemoryBoxCandleCo yes!! At first, I was like, there’s just no way. But my son has it, and the doctor was like, this runs in families so much that you/your husband or both most likely have it. So after researching and watching a lot of videos I was like wow, this actually does sound like me. Especially when i started hyper focusing on candle making and pretty much decided to start a business over night! I haven’t done formal testing, but you & i both should!
