This is his thing though, and its more geared towards beginners. It works and he gets views and subs. I don't think working with actual clients is his thing, more just YT videos to make a living. Plus you can learn a bit from this channel and check out other youtubers for more ideas. But it does seem repetitive at this stage, he's covered all of this in the past and is just repackaging it into more videos.

The sound is pretty ordinary. Some whips and not so realistic, over the board sound effects of the actions. You can find these on free sound libraries and layer more than one sound of the the same action and tweak them a little bit (mostly equalise and little bit of compression).

Love your channel. You make everything crystal clear, and I don't feel talked down to. I don't know what it is, but there's a subtle condescending energy in the tutorial videos on many of the other channels. I don't know if the content providers are even aware of it. Or maybe because they're trying to be just a little bit too clever, original, or witty. Or maybe I'm just too sensitive. In any case, it feels like you're teaching in a very caring and professional manner, and I appreciate it very much. Thank you.

Step 1 is to write down all the objects and items that are going to appear in your video. Step 2 is to write down all the actions that you can do with said objects. Step 3 is to create a shot list around those actions that will serve as a rough guide, and... Step 4 is the fun part and that is filming the video and getting those transitions. Note: A lot of it is done on the fly but this will hopefully make it a lot easier. Step 6: Sound design.

So, the one thing I wonder is his key framing of scale and rotation, this requires you to scales in (zoom in) if I shoot slow mo I have to shoot 1080p 120fps. If I scale in won’t this reduce the quality of the video? How does he shoot in 1080p and scale in so much yet the quality is really good? Thanks for the help

I cropped in even 30 to 35 scale up in 1080p footage from a d7100 which is no match for his Sony a7iii and it still looked fine. You're watching it on KZbin, not full quality, remember that.
