I've honestly been adding time to my shipping with intention. I am averaging approximately 10 minutes of shipping time per item, whereas before I was at 2 minutes per item. Shipping my orders from Shop and eBay are taking between 4 to 6 hours a day now.

You guys have the right idea. Quick shipping is the way to go imo. I have really difficult items to pack at times. 1.5 hour pack jobs really suck sometimes.

As a Wisconsinite relocated to NC, I sure miss Menards. I heard Tech say seconds don't matter, but in some of his videos in the past, he has said he started taking photos of measurements and created the reseller ruler to save time, and whether minutes or seconds, they all add up.

Get 4 different color tapes and put them on the corners of the drawer with the CDs and add that to the sku. Will be able to to cut it down to a quadrant. Like A2 Ared , or A2 Bblue etc

Could you get a bunch of those CD booklets that hold 200 discs for your loose cds, then in the SKU you could enter the book number and page number to find the disc you sold really fast

are you able to ship the loose cds via ebay standard envelope ? I ask because I have a business idea in mind if they allow it. I do it with sports cards all the time in those sturdy photo envelopes

You cannot with a tracking number. Some sellers do without a tracking number but that hurts your "top rated" status and you lose the 10% off.
