Thank you for making this! Its so important for women to hear this and take charge of their own bodies. I know not everyone has regular cycles but if you do I would urge you to go off birth control. I am 43 and have never been on birth control. I have always tracked my cycle which has always been very regular and knew my ovulation window. When I wanted to get pregnant at 35 it took 2 months of trying. This method has always worked beautifully for me and my sister, who is 40. I am actually pregnant again with my second child when we decided about 6 months ago to just stop preventing but not really actively trying if that makes sense.

Yes!!! Such important information. It leans so much into healing our hormones so our cycles can be more regular as well. I’ve also never been on birth control, I’m 35 and have never gotten pregnant. It takes self responsibility for sure but I feel that’s a virtue.

Same here, never on birth control, just paid attention to when I was ovulating (without any fancy equipment, as it was the 90s! 😂), and had three children 3 1/2 years apart without trouble.

yes! I was with my husband for 4 years with no pregnancies and no scares, just tracking cycles and symptoms and bbt. then when we wanted each of our children, I started tracking ovulation using actual test strips to be super accurate, and got pregnant right away! edit: also you are absolutely right about ovulation days being different month to month. I swore I ovulated on day 14 every month due to symptoms and the fact that I have regular 28 day cycles. turns out I ovulated late on day 18 the month I got pregnant with our second. if I wasn't tracking carefully, I would've missed it
