The secret is officially out lol! I got the bad snacks technique down pretty good by now. The only tricky part is to get the lead violin parts to line up and also watch when the loop repeats to be more in time. Also got my Lewitt 440 mic. Thank you thank you!

Hey! Thanks for posting this - it's super helpful for my specific needs. I just found your channel from this particular video because I'm getting back into recording (I used to tour and record a lot, then went hard classical for more than a decade) and I'm trying to figure out how to do the things you do, essentially. I took audio engineering in college, but if you have other recommendations for what I might watch/listen to (of yours or anyone else's) I'd be so appreciative. Thanks again!! Looking forward to watching more of your content!

Such a gorgeous instrument. I once picked up a violin and it audibly screamed, then jumped out of my hands and exploded in flames. So I can kind of see the mountain of insane skill that must be required to make it look so effortless. Very cool, very inspiring.

I am so going to try this technique. It sounds great, rich, without any unpleasant phase or chorus FX. I record my own cello parts but it is in no way my main instrument. This will help me not run out of the studio when my soloed parts play back through the monitors. I am going to try it with Eventide Blackhole just for laughs! Really creative and interesting harmonic choices BTW! Thank you for this brilliant demo!
