Recently my sanitizer bottle stopped working as it fell down.
I opened up to fix it...
I found there is a small spherical ball inside the mechanism which is crucial for the spray to get worked.
That spherical ball has a spring on it and due to fall impact, that spring contact got lost..
so I had to open the mechanism entirely and carefully place the spring on that spherical ball.

Just put a needle through the hole where the little bead was. That is the end where the straw was attached. Test it out and see if it is started spraying. I did it and it worked out for me. Did not have to open the when thing. Thank you for the video 😊

Seeing how the mechanism works was helpful. I can't take mine apart, the can is pressurized, and now I know the hollow tube that's broken on the outside, can't be pulled out from the outside and replaced. So I'm gonna have to Macgyver something to make it spray again. The can is 3/4 full!

My spray nozzle won’t spray. The mechanism is fine. I have another spray bottle I took the first cap off (it doesn’t fit the top but it allowed me to test. It’s just the cap part that’s clogged. I’m soaking in hot water. Idk how to get it to work. I’m trying but it’s like it’s stuck.

My two nozzles does not have in that little ball and they won’t work at all. Liquid is being pulled up but it isn’t getting to the actual nozzle to spray out. Nice video though, it is the only one that gave me hope.😂

Really awesome video.. I never notice the tiny ball. When spray bottle stuck I removed all parts of spray bottle but I didn't notice the tiny ball.. I think I have lossed it..after fix all parts without tiny ball it's didn't spray..after saw ur video I noticed tiny ball is missing now I fix using another tiny ball in spray bottle now it's spraying.. *Try to repair yourself first* , before buying new. It's plastic. Reuse. Save environment. *Yes, removing nozzle is hard.* Removing it went off the camera frame. Use a plier. Share & Save someone's life ❤️ only if you find it helpful. Clearly, some of you facing hard time removing the nozzle. Please be careful with this part because if you remove it harshly, there could be a transparent Spherical Ball drops off the nozzle assembly. If you lost the spherical ball, try any tiny round piece of pebble or ball bearings of more or less same size.

this was helpful...i found out my spray bottle doesn't have the black rubber but has a lock to keep the nozzle and spring in place....i had to remove it bcoz it was too thick that prevents the spray from sucking water... thanks !

@@harshitha8088 my bottle has a different design, i did not have the black rubber but in its place is a lock(white in color)... if you need a black rubber you have to find a something to take its place.or maybe your bottle is like mine.. disassemble it and find eahc piece that matches the one in the video. i figured out i do not need the lock(black rubber) after all

When you release the nozzle after pressing it, the rubber ring inside the chamber pushes up this creating pressure which sucks the water up in the chamber. Now when you push the nozzle down again, the ball blocks the hole so that the water in the chamber does not go down in the bottle, instead gets pushed up through the nozzle.

Try to use tiny steel ball bearings, probably available at bike workshops.. that bearing ball is crucial and I almost lost it twice... it's transperancy is main problem.
