In your defence: The tech trail(s) seemed quite leaf covered, and that (for me anyways) doesn't inspire confidence. Especially in technical sections. Tech track's are my favourite personally, and I HATE riding them when they're covered in leaves. You can't see so many crucial elements of the trail ie. certain rocks, holes, roots, ruts etc. It just makes it very unpredictable. I have a feeling if the trails were clear of leaves, you would've both had more fun and rode those spicy tech sections with more confidence (strong like lion). Keep up the shreds you two, love the video's! Hope to meet and ride with you guys next season, cheers from Toronto, Canada \m/ :)
@VanGirlYuka5 жыл бұрын
We missed Toronto and Niagara falls 😢 yes, leaves make everything harder and it's so easy to crash on. We're not used to ride on leaves since BC trails don't have much leaves. But on the other hand, even we crashed the thick leave blanket embrace us👍 l kinda like it 🤩
@RobbisTV5 жыл бұрын
@@VanGirlYuka Next time :D. Very good points! Damn I gotta ride BC, another reason to love it. Not much leaves on the trails, yes please! haha
@wordreet5 жыл бұрын
You cleared some pretty big jumps even though you didn't know the trails!! I'm counting the time you were in the air, and counted one--two and maybe another half second on one of them. Heh, maybe my brain clock is slow or fast, I dunno. 🤔

i feel Ms yuka could flow much easier if she loosens up a little and feel like she is white-knuckling the handlebar, she is so nimble but cautious! plus she is very small (petite) which helps with movement and flow!

0:20 Fun fact about the "Pinkbike" drop, it's not actually called Pinkbike. When the first drop was built there, it's original name was called Old Growth. The drop was smaller and ended up being too close to the landing so they rebuilt it. The new drop was pushed back and higher so they named it New Growth. People only think the drop is called "pinkbike" because that's where we sold Pinkbike's ad real-estate. The sign on the drop doesn't give the drops name. If the was the case, Thombstone would be called the Highland drop.
