seriously my favorite mtb creator. Its so nice to so someone thats not insanely good. Yuka is a real trasure :) makes me wanna jump on my bike because its ok to fail sometimes and get your confidence hurt.

Yuka, you need to run clipless, it will make popping so much more easy and your can really start enjoying the runs. Crank Bros have been the best ones i have used, they have good hold and good release when needed.

You should not rely on clipless to pop. It forms bad habits and the last thing you want is pulling up with your feet.

You don’t pull with your hands when you “pop”. Push down through your legs to compress the suspension and stand up as you go off the lip.

Yuka you just need to take a bit of time to leran how to pop properly and then you can send jumps without a care in the world.
