Dougdoug did a "speedrun" of a pajama sam game that was like 12 hours, and it was just his stream. So while playing he'd stop playing to talk to chat or leave the game entirely, but didnt close it, so the timer kept going. He submitted amd it was approved for a while.

Fun fact about yoyos in video games: you can collect Onedrop yoyos in Terraria and most of them are actual yoyos you can buy in real life. Kraken, Terrarian, Code 1 and 2, Yelets etc. Onedrop are awesome and machine their yoyos at their own shop in the US (most yoyos are made in China as you can imagine). :)

I had a similar lung situation, I had acute respiratory failure for about a week (During college finals! Like what the heck) and I could not lay down to sleep or I would choke, and I could barely talk bc I couldn't get air out to speak, but I was refusing to go to the doctor bc yknow, finals. My parents FREAKED out bc at one point I was coughing so much my lips turned blue XD Passed the finals tho (Besides a presentation for Astronomy bc the professor thought I was faking not being able to talk)
