Great job, will be attempting my first silk wrap at home in October this year. I figured Id rather be mad at myself for ruining my hair instead of blaming someone I shouldn't have trusted in the first place. I have questions if you don't mind answering. 1. I exercise for 1 hour every morning and I do work up a sweat but not a drenched nasty sweat, do you work out daily? if so what do you do to keep your silk wrap from being ruined???? 2. How often do you poo/cond/detangle/blow-dry/silk wrap your hair to keep your hair healthy, every two weeks, once a month? 3. I believe in good quality tools too, in your opinion what components make for the best blow-dryer and the best flat iron?4. Whats your opinion about heat protectant? it appears that all you used is leave-in conditioner, did you mix your leave-in with heat protectant?

I never thought about bumping the ends when i wrap my hair and i would have to use a shit ton of bobby pins bc my hair would be pin straight so it was harder to wrap, but im def gonna try bumping the ends bc its easier to wrap AND bc u get a gorgeous voluminous hairstyle after u unwrap it in the morning! if u do a good blow out you hair wouldnot be frizzy. that is how I do it. when I blow out my hair I make sure it is as straight as possible so when I flat ironing it will be easier and will last longer. using a round brush is the best thing to get your hair straight and if u do it to smooth your ends the result will be way better.

Thank you, yes I am a cosmetologist. I am a firm believer in deep conditioning my hair. I use leave conditioners as a heat protectant and my heating tools are always at a low setting.
