Does a heat protectant help make the wig silky? Every time I straighten my wig it never comes out silky like before. ..or it may be that my flat iron isn't hot enough 🤔

the heat protectant will protect the hair from heat damage, so in the long run yes but I think it might be the temp of your flat iron. I use the highest setting on my ceramic flat iron (ceramics or porcelain or tourmaline are better) hope that helps!

I washed and conditioned my dry wig, but I noticed that during the day it swells and i have to brush it over and over and it still looks crazy. What do you guys think is going on? Do I need to deep condition in the microwave?

you can, it may just be the quality of the hair. I've had that problem with aliexpress hair that i used to use back in the day
