Great video and a very genuine and authentic story about your military past. I think military people are magnificent and very trustworthy and honorable. The only suggestion I have for you is to join Toastmasters, a public speaking organisation. I have joined recently and my confidence and public speaking has massively grown in a relatively short time. It's an organisation that you get better by practice over and over again. They have them in most UK towns. In your video I recognize the signs of your nerves in front of the camera. This is completely normal. They give out positive constructive feedback about your practice speeches, so you can take away the suggestions and get better. I wish I joined when I was 18 because my life would have been transformed that much quicker. Keep up the good work with the videos.

A first time buyer in 2020 with £60,000 salary buying a £250,000 house with a 10% (£25,00 deposit) with a 2.4% 2 year fixed mortgage = £960 ish a month. Same wage, house and 10% deposit today with a 6.7% mortgage would be £1460 ish - although I have seen this offer, good look getting it through approval. This means only one thing houses are now nearly 50% more expensive already in affordability. No matter what any expert tells you or the bank BoE or even a valuer, they have dropped by 50% already for first time buyer.

Sudbury Suffolk, paid 160k 18 months ago, now worth £230-240k. i want to move on and buy my next home, do i sell my home or rent it out and swap mortgage on to a new buy to let mortgage please?? Has been a lot of people from Essex and London moving this way

You missed the bit on Rent to Service Accommodation. You find a landlord who will lease you his property for say 3 years for a monthly payment and you leverage than monthly cost with Service Accommodation.

Disagree… you absolutely need to get your head around these ideas if you’re serious about property. It’s a long term game and I’ve been doing this slowly for over 20 years using most of his strategies plus more. Current prices are irrelevant but you need to buy well BMV and be cautious with your personal risk and timing. You also need to work very hard with your day job to get deposits and need a good mortgage broker. I earn a good income to make my property investments easy but it’s exhausting. This stuff doesn’t just get Handed to you on a plate need to work Incredibly hard at your day job to earn a deposit to do all of this I can tell you that from personal experience. All of these online property type things tell you the end result but they don’t ever explain how to get there for real life people ☺️
