Hey man, just recently came across your vids. Currently I'm in training to be a firefighter, and in my spare time I was looking at doing part-time bike work. Im pretty mechanical friendly, as I absolutely love working on bike and cars. I appreciate the information and being honest about it. It may not make a lot of money, but it's what I enjoy doing! Motoscan I purchased that myself excellent bit of kit for any BMW, keep the OBD adapter under the seat because you never know while out on a ride you might throw a code. Been doing my own mechanics since I was 13 ish now in my early 60's still wrenching my spanners. Restored my 34 year old 1990 ZXR750H2 (see it in my KZbin channel) eight ish years ago purchase my 2022 BMW S1000RR M Sport last year don't do much to that mechanically because of the warranty but I managed to source a PDF BMW workshop manual for it there's a shite loads to learn. New sub and bell clicked Mike great channel will be watching more. Ride safe bud

Tip on the bmw alarms if you push the arm button until you get the double beep and 3 indicator flash it’s in transport mode and won’t set off with motion

Service mode lol my 24 y/o ZX9r's original alarm has a service mode, I think most bikes will as they make them self arm in like 2 seconds

Great video, but I notice that your putting in 10w/40 oil. The manual says 5w/40, would putting 10w in the bike make much difference?

Do you prefill the new oil filter with new oil and lube the o-ring during an oil change....or directly put the new oil filter on..?

Why is it I see a lot of bikes in the UK use power commanders? Is there not a lot of shops in the UK that flash ECU’s or are you guys not allowed to flash ECU’s out there?
