oh girl watch those knees caving in on the squats! adding a resistance band right above your knees helps you subconsciously keep them more stable while also keeping more tension on the legs ;)

Lydia Hadley no, the band is worse than ever! while your mind is concentrated to squat down, it also has to think to spread the knees while getting up.. trust me! (i train 4 times a week wi-fi extra heavy weights) :)

I was so happy when I got the notification for this video! I loved this video.. and your work out outfit is so cute!! Something that helps me when I work out is wearing the MOST comfortable shoes.. I have found that Nikes are just not comfortable enough for me.. they just don't offer enough support. You should buy the Asics - Gel Nimbus shoes. They are awesome for walking long distance and working out.. they literally don't compare to any other shoe I've ever worn. Also, you should get an Apple Watch or a fit bit. I have an Apple Watch and I love it because you have these three rings on your watch - one for "Move" one for "Exercise" and one for "Stand".. and you try and fill up those rings before the day is over and it makes you feel so accomplished at the end of the day if you've filled them all up. Just some tips I wanted to share with you! :)

YAY FOR YOUR ELBOWS STAYING IN PLACE AND NOT KICKING FORWARD! just a heads up on squats though--the whole "knees stay behind your toes" thing is outdated info. you should really concentrate on keeping your back flat and making sure that your knees aren't wobbling around/kicking out to the sides:) and heyyyy, pasta isn't unhealthy! (in moderation, hehe) you need carbs! carbs carbs carbs carbs carbs!!! all in all, thought this was a great video!

Names for the Butt/leg workout moves towards the end of the gym portion of the video: 1. Bulgarian lunge 2. Not sure what these are called BUT a similar workout to this which I love for butt and legs are kickback squats. Same concept but instead of kicking out to the side kick back in between each squat :) 3. Single leg deadlift (make sure you go all the way down with the weight for better results) 4. In & out squat jumps 5. Curtsy lunge

On the leg press machine @5:29 make sure ur knees aren't going over your ankles // it's basically a reverse squat so make sure using the same technique ❤ btw I love you vids

to help get rid of cellulite a tip would be to cut out soda. i havent had soda in like three years and i used to have super bad cellulite in my thighs and butt but after about a year of not having soda it was pretty much completely gone! :)

Also when you're on the stair master if you step each foot out further so its really close to the sides it targets your gluten a lot more. you can feel it for sure! :)
