Inclined treadmill TIPS - STRETCH AND REMEMBER TO DRINK WATER!! * Mel is used to her own workout and has gotten comfortable with it and has gained the strength required to do these workouts in these amount of reps. hey guys i wrote down the whole workout if anyone else wants to put it in the notes on their phone for the gym :) Elliptical (Lowest setting, fast pace) - 15 min Hip abductions - 30 reps at 50 lbs Inside of legs machine - 30 reps at 40 lbs Donkey kicks - 30 on each side Side donkey kicks - 30 on each side Hip thrusts - 30-50 reps Squats - 30 with 25 lb dumbbell Lunges - 15-30 on each side with 25 lb weight Side squats - 15 on each side Crunches with legs up at 90 degree angle - 40 reps Leg lifts for lower abs - 30 + reps Bicycles - 30 reps Plank with leg to chest - 30 reps Plank - minimum of 30 seconds Stair plank - 15 reps Push-ups - 5 reps Treadmill - 2.6-4 mph, high incline Stretch

my college major is nutrition and sport science and its more likely of her physical activity than body type. shes a very athletic person and has done alot of sports growing up, so its not likely just her body type. she said in past videos she doesnt eat healthy, but some people say that, but they eat it in moderation. my sister has a very similar body type to mel and she is not active and eats chicken nuggets and chips all day and is fairly chubby haha😂 no hate or anything though, I just want to make sure people dont make exuses to not work out bc of their body type. but you have a point though, her straigher frame can make her appear smaller because her hips arent as wide. i just realized how long this was😂 but sports science is my passion and i like talking about it whoop😂😂

this video loaded right after her newest one about where shes been, and shes right - her face does look quite hollow and she IS very skinny here. glad shes gained some healthy weight and is feeling better

WaterIsLif E you can do a lot of what she's doing in this video in your bedroom. Planks, squats, push-up, lunges, etc.

WaterIsLif E Ask your parents to get you a dumbbell (I would suggest 20-25 lb unless you're a girl then idk whatever you're comfortable with) and you can do a lot of different workouts at home. My dad got me a 25 lb dumbbell when I was 12 and I still use it at 18, I just do a lot more reps now.

WaterIsLif E my other suggestion is to ignore those weird looks you get because when you're a few years older and in better shape than anyone in the gym, you won't be getting those looks anymore.

***DISCLAIMER*** Mel is used to her own workout and seemingly has gotten quite comfortable with it and has gained the strength required to do these workouts in these amount of reps. Use this as a GUIDE LINE but you do not HAVE to do everything as presented. Do as much as YOU CAN without limiting yourself. Push yourself but not too hard. Or if this isnt challenging enough go harder! Always remember to SUIT YOURSELF! GREAT VID MEL!
