I think young people don’t realise 30 is still very young and a lot can still look 20. Past the point of teen age it gets hard to tell somebody’s age. Once you hit 30 you will look back and wonder why you though that it was offensive in the first place as 30 comes around fast.

try the heatless curls method. and use a serum (if u dont have one get a pea size amount of coconut oil and mix with water then apply to hair, u add the water so it's not oily and this gets rid of all frizz). use a bonnet it helps SOOO much. also for voluminous and "up" roots i would recomend u put a claw clip there when its wet (search it up) good luck!!

I actually have my roots up in the front, not as much as hers, but I do a ponytail everyday, not pulled straight back, but kind of around the sides and then back if that makes sense.

When I first stopped washing my hair everyday my hairs was so oily so I used dry shampoo in between showers now I don't really have to use dry shampoo at all unless I want a little more volume in between showers.

Omg! FINALLYY I'm so loathe tho lol But I AM A brown girl (I'm Pakistani ) and my mother and basically my whole family puts oil in there scalp , and literally for GENERATIONS! Us brown girls have been doing this forever. We can it thall or thaal whatever you think. I personally don't put it in my scalp every shower day I do it once a week. It improves hair growth and reduses Dandruff! Personally for the oil if you go to you local Asian market, you can find various Oils (that are Indiana and Pakistani) which I use to mix up together to run in my scalp. Also I be wearing it with braids to my school :)

You also need to “train” your hair. If your hair gets greasy like the next day or even the day after washing it, you’re washing it way too often. If you let your hair go for a couple of days longer than usual before washing it will eventually stop getting oily so quick. Plus the natural oils your scalp produce are actually good for your hair 😊

The only part of your hair that needs oils are your scalp and roots. The rest of your hair needs moisture like hair mask once a month and leave in spray (not cream) after every shower and maybe use whenever you feel like it (i use it to style sometimes because my hair is quite curly). Follow @chriswenzel he explained very easy and I’ve seed results very fast. If you use this products in addition to your shampoos and conditioner, you’ll have a healthy hair. No need for fancy things.

I learned dry shampoo the hard way. My genetics make my hair very greasy. I would wash it every other day, and my dirty hair days would w terrible. I found putting dry shampoo on my clean hair extended the clean look for longer, now a year later even on the “clean hair days” my hair looks oily. Now I have to figure out how to get my hair to go back to “normal”.
