Today I'm sharing what I've done in the last several years to stop my hair loss and actually get new hair growth! Here's more info on the system I have used for over 2 years now: glnk.io/kx65/m... and if you use MARLENA at checkout, you will save money if you decide to try this system out too. This along with changing my diet and finding out my gut issues has been a life saver!
I've struggled with hair loss since about 2012 when my hair suddenly just fell out and I lost 50% of my hair. I saw many doctors and did enough tests to qualify as a science project.... I connected with IRestore to see if their system would work for me and after about 5-6 months of consistent use, saw good results! I also cleaned up my diet, saw holistic doctors to find out what nutrients I was missing, and I cut out starches and sugars. It took a bit to see results after making these changes, but I'm in SO much better spot than I was back in 2012.
PLEASE don't give up on your journey and remember that hair is only ONE of many beautiful aspects about you. Hair does not define your beauty. Sending you all so much love! xoxo

My hair loss was definitely hormonal. I was recommended a book, Cleanse to Heal, it's not for everyone but I had to completely change my diet and started taking supplements. After over a year my excessive shedding has finally decreased significantly. Thoughts and prayers to everyone that is going through this, it can be very hard on your confidence 💕

I had COVID that lasted a good 12 days. I thought I was ok until I started to notice a loss of more hair than usual. After doing some research, I am realizing it’s from the stress my body had during that time period and also the shampoo I had been using. So I started doing meditation, yoga everyday and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextrraa coooconion anti hair fall kit. And now i dont face any hairfall. Thanks for this video! I feel so much better.

As per my feedback, Cocoonioon shampoo is people who are experiencing hair fall from using low quality shampoo because it effectively reduced my hair fall. This shampoo is natural, but the smell is average at best, and that’s just my personal opinion. The shampoo gave a nice feel without a waste of money. I purchased it at a low price. Keep in mind this review is just my opinion, and it could be different for you.

AIP diet, I’m telling you! I’m 33 and started losing my hair in chunks. When I implemented AIP it all grew back (and the chronic pain condition I have eased dramatically). It’s life changing and I couldn’t recommend it enough. The main culprits for people seem to be gluten, sugar and dairy.

@@dopehat868 I have pain on my scalp and I barely eat any sugar or dairy. Worst thing I eat is bread and I still lose hair. You simply cannot regrow hair with diet if the cause is genetic (which is for most people with AGA, the most common hair loss). You have no idea what the cause of hair loss of this person is so it is super irresponsible to be recommending random stuff that worked for you, especially when you could be wasting the person's time by trying out for months something that would never work unless they have your exact problem.

I feel you, sis! It's like losing your "crown" when you lose your hair. I lost my hair twice and mine came back, and abundantly, through the AIP paleo diet. Reducing stress has also been super important for me as it was the culprit for the autoimmune issues I developed which led to one of my symptoms being hair loss. Thanks for sharing your journey! @TerryElisabeth
@TerryElisabeth 2 жыл бұрын
@@staceyb.5878 Hi Stacey! It stands for Autoimmune Protocol. It's a diet designed for people dealing with autoimmune issues. The first phase involves eliminating all foods which are commonly known to cause inflammation and autoimmune reactions. Then, once you experience considerable healing, you reintroduce foods one at a time to see which ones are your triggers. I've been on it since April 2019 and it's the absolute best thing I ever did for my health. I've gotten my life back. If you search AIP paleo you can find lots of info. The book "The Paleo Approach" goes into detail about, not only the diet, but lifestyle changes as well. I don't know if you have autoimmune concerns but I thought I would answer in full for anyone else who might be curious. If you do deal with autoimmune issues, I am glad to answer more questions for you ❤

I have recently started gluten free, dairy free, very low sugar, no processed food and no refined oils. I don't know what is working it's magic but I'm feeling good! My libido is coming back, I can go #2 daily (sorry tmi) and finally I can go several showers without cleaning hair out the drain! I bought a red therapy light for my thyroid so I guess I can bend over and stick my head on it haha.

I'm closer to 50 now and notice that my hair is much thinner. (I stock up on that Loreal spray!) The only time I really experienced hair loss was after my daughter was born. It came out in massive clumps. I was terrified. My doctor said it was due to stress and hormones. Eventually, within a year, it grew back. I feel for anyone who is dealing with hair loss, it is very traumatic, but I definitely agree, it does not define beauty 💖

I have recently had a huge episode of Telegen Effluvium as the result of a Covid-like illness (tested negative but Dr. thinks it was false negative). When I went for a trim, I nearly had a heart attack as my stylist has really bright lights and the truth of the situation was revealed. It was all I could do to not have a hysterical crying jag. Some people scoff and say "Oh for God's sake, it's just hair." NO, it's absolutely devastating and yourare NOT vain or shallow to be heartbroken by this. I'm betting most of the people who are so disdainful of the anxiety this condition produces have never experienced it.

@@marcterstegen1990 For now, yes. I'm seeing a fraction of the hair on the bathroom floor after drying my hair (we have white tile and my hair is dark brown) and in my hairbrush. I've had two consultations with specialists and they say I probably have some degree of hereditary female pattern hair loss AND and episode of Telegen Effluvium, which based on my history of several bouts of this is actually a chronic form of Telegen Effluvium. I have been advised to try a course of oral drugs to battle the chronic TE and the genetic pattern. It's scary to think of taking drugs (and if they work, would need to be for life). I only take one med, and I don't really like the prospect of taking more, but I do not want to go through life with severe hair loss. I don't have Jada's figure and perfect bone structure to pull that off, lol. Thanks for asking. My hairdresser has been a real friend through this-he cuts my hair on his day off so the salon is empty and he took all my photos that the specialists asked for (also on his day off in the empty salon), stored them for me in his drop box, then deleted them from my phone so I wouldn't have to be traumatized by looking at them. What a gem. Thanks for asking.

I also tested negative for Celiac disease (yay!), but when we tested my stool, my naturopath suggested going gluten-free for three months because the gluten was causing other issues (I'm afraid I can't remember the specifics). Turns out, that was the key to my seemingly uncontrollable inflammation. I had gone through some treatments for SIBO, but we weren't able to crack the other issues until I eliminated gluten. In fact, after about 6-8 months I was able to slowly re-introduced eggs and dairy back into my diet, and had no issues with MOST of it (a few issues with skim milk and soft cheese, so I don't eat those). Thanks for the update on your hair, glad you are finding solutions!

Marlena I got really sick in 2020 right when Covid hit. After many hospitalizations I was finally diagnosed with autoimmune cirrhosis of the liver. Then in 2021 Jan I was hospitalized because how low my platelets were. I had to get my spleen removed because of that I had to take blood thinners for clots. When I started that medication in March 2021 I began to lose so much of my hair. It was really hard on my self esteem. Since that happened I’m still struggling trying to get my hair back. My braid literally lost about a inch in width. I just started doing this fenugreek spray for my hair and I already can see my hair growing back and a change in my hair texture for the better. I’m not saying nothing else can help but just saying this after everything I had been trying I can see some changes and thought I’d share. Love ya Marlena 😘♥️

After basically pestering my doctor about my hair loss, turns out blood test revealed vitamin D was low (due to us being more indoors due to pandemic and not exposed to sunlight). Was prescribed D3 and the massive clumping and shedding stopped! Went off it and the hairloss happened again! Went back to doc to get new prescription of it. I took the double dose vax since then and my hair continues to grow and gain volume. I continue to work on a haircare plan by reducing stress and doing things that make me happy and healthy. I continue to eat my veggies and drink water. Slowly incorporating exercise and take melatonin to help me sleep better. I’m also careful with a towel on wet hair and just blot my hair then wrap in a special hair towel to help dry it gently. My hair has stopped breaking and is more manageable. Have patience and listen to your body. Doctors may laugh but you know your body best too.

My hair started falling out in middle school. I had some condition when I was a toddler in which I had patches of extreme dryness followed by hair loss on said patch. My mom took me to the doctor and he gave me some cream that got rid of it. But then around puberty my hair was falling out in chunks but my lab work came back ok. Flash to me being 33 and my hair hasn’t gotten better at all. It can grow quite long and strong but the density is still quite low. I also did change my diet and started taking supplements but it doesn’t help. I don’t care too much about it most days but sometimes I catch a reflection of myself and nearly cry from how much of my scalp you can see.

I'm so happy for you I've been losing a bit on top and in the front. Part was age of course and my birth control. But since my iron dipped really low and my calcium. Now I'm auto immune and have Gerd. I swear gerd is a big deal. I'm trying to do less gluten and keto lite. Sugars are so bad for everyone. You're doing it right. Good work and good for being open about it all.

Those root cover up’s really need to take into consideration that redheads need that shit too. It’s really frustrating trying to find something other than brown or blonde. Growing up, I hated my color, and just wanted to blend in. It took till my mid 30’s to appreciate what i was born with, and I’ve had issues with it falling out for the past few years. Even getting extensions is difficult because you have to buy either blonde or brunette and color them to match the color my hair naturally is. It’s not easy to do that. I’ve even considered buying a wig, but again, there really aren’t any wigs that match my natural color.

I really like the "Joan Rivers Great Hair Day Fill-In Powder." It's available in many shades, and they do have a RED shade that you may want to try. I don't have red hair, but I've been very happy with the shade I chose. I find it very natural looking. You can find videos on You Tube to see what it would look like and how to use. I hope you find something that works for you. I feel your frustration. ♥

I started using 5% Rogaine about 10 years ago, but stopped over the past few years. My hair loss dramatically restarted. I just resumed using minoxidil and within about a month, my hair stopped shedding. Within 3 months my hairline was vastly improved and filled in. The only thing I've noticed this time around is that I have an increase in peach fuzz on my face as well as on my body! That is easily removed, so I cope with it. I also use my red light face mask on my head for 20 minutes. Together, this seems to be doing the trick. Even though the mask doesn't cover my entire head, I am still seeing results. It covers the majority of the front and sides of my head as well as the crown area. My hair isn't only not falling out, it is actually growing longer! I recently cut the ends off that were so thin due to all the hairs being different lengths. Since the red-light mask can be used for both the face and the head and its the correct wavelength to help anti age and treat hair loss, the investment in the mask was well worth it.

Omg girl when I lost weight at 18 I lost about 30 lbs but I lost so much hair I used to have coke bottle thick hair and it was so thin you could see my scalp . It did grow back eventually but not as thick and I gained weight I’m 33 now and been struggling with my weight ever since I finally lost 50 lbs but I’m losing so much of my hair again but mostly on my front right side of my head it’s sooo thin I already seen doctors and there’s nothing it’s so frustrating. I’m going to try to see a natural doctor because there has to be something triggering this hair loss. It’s depressing I mean my hair looks thick cause it’s long but when I grab my hair y’all it’s like a string . I really hope my hair gets to the thickness it used to be I tell everyone never complain about your thick hair cause I used to complain when I was little how much I hated my thick hair …

Health issues, medications (such as anti-depressants), stress, pregnancy, too many hair products, not brushing your hair daily.. are only a few of the things that can lead to hair loss.. hair regrowth serums only work as long as you keep using the product, BUT the hair comes right back out once you stop because the follicle is not being stimulated..

I really appreciate this video! I had hair transplant surgery that cost 7,000 that led to “hair shock” which made more of my hair fall out. I went to Bosley in Boston. I am very low on vitamin D and sometimes anemic, also gut issues! Which I’m going to now see a holistic dr because of this video. I was going to buy this red led cap from a professional drs office but it is 3,000 and I need to get my body under control so until then I use my red led face mask 😂 on top of my head after I use it on my face, it’s the omnielux which is flat and flexible. I’m getting another biopsy next month and I’m going to try veagmore (spelling sorry) . It really is embarrassing and your confidence definitely takes a hit! I also use topix for year , it’s a fiber powder and the revlon spray but I’m starting to think the more I’ve used it the more I’m losing ….I think it might be clogging my follicles (just a thought)! Thank you again and I’m going to order those supplements asap …wish you left a link but I’ll find them ..xxxx

I almost bought this today on Amazon. It’s around $1k. I started taking Dr. Mercola’s Hair, Skin & Nails supplement last week and hoping this will start helping soon. The Root Magic spray is fantastic! I’ve used it for a couple of years but recently, my husband had to use it due to an “oopsie” that happened during a side trim that I was involved in…. He turned his head towards me slightly, which caused the uneven electric razor gash. He’s about as “caveman” as they come and even he appreciated the coverage that root magic offered. LOL 😁 You’re smile is so perfect! Please, never consider veneers. Your smile is perfection! Sei bellissima💕

I was diagnosed with environmental. alopecia. So my hair has receded from my forehead. My 3 head turned into a 5+ head. 3 dermatologists gave me the same diagnosis and all of them prescribed clobetasol which is a strong topical medicine. It wont bring it back but is supposed to stop it. I dont see much difference. Funny I started moving my Dr Dennis Gross led mask up to my hairline. Ill be interested to see if it does anything. I tried bangs to hide my receding hairline but i hate having hair in my face. It sucks because since its my hairline, sprays and stuff don't work as camoflage for me.

Marlena I'm so happy you share your journey with us. I love that you took action and sought out integrative/holistic/functional medicine. That is great you got to deep dive and find out the source and causes of your hair loss. I know it's not simple but you're hair results and improvement shows. I've had a co-worker who uses that Irestore as well and heard from a doctor that it does work but it must be used consistently and overtime just as everything else in life is. I wonder if you ever looked into PRF injections to assist with hair growth it's autologous (from your own body) so it's natural. But love your story and tips. Love all that you do and stand for ❣️👏
