When you pin your hair up with the butterfly clip. That was a very nice style. It gave a curly style and the front a curly bang.

Love it. Thx for sharing! I don’t think that’s a bald spot. We dark haired ladies ...it’s just the contrast between scalp and our lovely dark hair. Hate mine too. Wish I didn’t. Part of life. There’s fun stuff you can brush on or spray to make you feel better.

I wonder if running your fingers through your hair right after the shower might straighten out your curls a bit. Maybe "praying hands" or scrunching? I love it though. Looks so good. Thanks for sharing. 😍

My hair is naturally the texture she has so idk if that matters but I can 100% confirm you should do praying hands, don’t run your fingers threw your hair. And make sure the scrunch after. But again, natural is different 😊

Do 2 pony tails one on the left the other on the right, and keep the bang look. Similar to the high pony tails, but 2. Then maybe each pony tails make it into a bun. Do the same style another day, but half up half down, with the 2 pony tails it a bun or loose

I’m sorry if you said this in your video I might have missed it!! Does your hair get tangled in between showers? I got a perm last week and by day 3 my hair is getting tangled by my neck. How do you get tangles out in between showers?!

I usually let it be unless it gets really bad then I'll just run my fingers through 😅 no brush tho!

My hair is so oily I have to wash it every 2 days or I break out in acne on my scalp. IDK how ppl can go on a week without wash.

love your perm. you may have mentioned this- but upon searching for a salon that does perms, what kind of perm would i ask for that looks like yours? i did note the size rods you used (13 mm 0.5 inch rods i think?) but is this a particular type of perm which i can reference?

Thank you! I just asked my stylist for a regular perm using bigger rods to create a more natural look. Hope that helps!

Does your hair feel crunchy or stiff after applying all those products? I just got a perm and don’t know which mousse to use that wouldn’t make my hair feel crunchy

It should feel crunchy that means you put enough product in. Once it’s completely dry then you ‘scrunch out the crunch’ I would recommend watching swavvy curly Courtney on KZbin. She’s amazing and has natural waves like this
