Thank you so much! I've been playing SimLicy's save file, and she put up family photos in most of the family's houses. I had no idea how much I was missing in family play until I saw them all over. It really changes how you view your families - makes them feel more real. But now that my sims are adding new kids and all, I was like "Wait, how did she do that? I need new pics", lol. The tip about doing a new save, making a room, and then being able to add the photos to other homes too is fantastic. Never would've thought of that. Thank you again!

I don't know if you already know but, you don't really need the Teleporter! If you place a sim correctly at the spot you want them to be, you can actually teleport other Sims directly to them using MCCC! :3 It really helped me though because I never thought of actually using the "Save as" option so I don't ruin things on my main save and then just save the pictures in a room!

So I really appreciate your video. I don’t want to download custom content at this time. But what I really got from the video was I needed someone to take the pictures. And a room to do it in. And wallpaper works better than that background they gave us l with Moschino. There are the pose lines that come with Moschino. And I was able to take some pretty good pictures just with that and the camera. It’s probably more work, but you can do different poses in the camera without downloading something. So while I’m not doing it exactly I did learn a lot and it’s a lot easier for me now. Thank you.

Hi, the bar where you put testing cheats true after that type.. cas.fulleditmode then shift key any sim and press full casmode (I think it’s called) then you can edit relationships, add or delete sims! Hope this helps I also struggled then finally found a video!!! :D

So I was just taking pictures with the tripod in game and I was able to take a picture with another sim without needing another person to take the pictures. There was a cute animation where they set the timer. But I don't have pose packs and just used the ones the game has while taking the pics.

If that doesn't help, you can use MC Command Center to teleport sims. It is an option under Sim Commands >Teleport Commands. It actually works better than the sim teleporter in my opinion! Thank you so much! 😊 And I'm not very familiar with the sims 4 on xbox, I'm so sorry. I know the mods that I use aren't compatible with consoles. But I believe you can still take pictures in the game, just not with the certain poses I use. You can have the sims do interactions and have another sim use a camera to take a picture or there may possibly be a photo station (unless that came with a certain pack, I can't remember). If there is the photo station you can have up to 2 sims pose while another sim takes a picture and that can make some really nice photos 😊 Sorry I couldn't be more helpful!

you could just save normally instead of save as new file and do all the pictures then go to menu without saving when done so you wouldn't have an extra save file that you would end up deleting afterwards

I have the same problem finding poses for teens! My advice is to find a pose you like with the parents, child, and toddler, and then use a separate solo pose to place the teen beside them. Or find poses with some of the sims, take a picture, and then take another picture with the other sims and make a collage on the wall. I hope those ideas help. Sorry I am just now seeing your comment! Yes you can! Make sure to have bb.testingcheats on and then put in the cheat cas.fulleditmode on. If you hold down shift and click on your sim there should be an option to edit them in cas and there you can change their age and how they look. After you take your pictures you can go back into cas and change them back to the age you want. Hope this helps! Sorry for the late reply. Let me know if you have any more question😊

I use the Moschino pack for the tripod, but you can use the base game cameras, they work very similar! You don't need any other packs than base game, but you will need mods to use the poses that I use in the video if you want similar pictures as mine. Not a lot, but they definitely do slow down my game a bit. But for these poses and the pose player, you could always take them out when you aren't wanting to take pictures and then place them back in when you need to take a few family pictures ect 😊

You can use MC Command Center mod to teleport sims to each other. Here is the page with that mod deaderpool-mccc.com/#/releases You click on the sim that you want another sim to teleport to > MC Command Center > Sim Commands ... > Teleport Commands > and then select either teleport lot sim or world sim to this sim and then select the sim you want to teleport. Once they teleport, then you can choose their poses. Hope this helps!

You can take pictures with the base game cameras. Just make sure the sim that is taking the pictures has the camera in their inventory (or they could use their phone camera) and have them stand where you want them to stand. It works pretty similar as the tripod! It may take some trial and error to get the sim to stand exactly where you need them too but you can still take some great photos 😊

I'm sorry the teleporter isn't working 😔 One thing that has helped others with similar issues is going into Origin and right clicking the sims 4 game and selecting 'repair game'. For some reason that seems to help.

I've had issues with posing my sims before and they didn't want to pose but I don't believe I had a problem with them taking the picture. Are you using the tripod from moschino or just a camera? My only guess is to make sure they have plenty of room to take the picture. Maybe try using the camera on their phone and see if that will work. Also, you could try reseting them with testingcheats on and shift clicking them to reset. Sorry you are having this issue and I couldnt be of more help!

i have downloaded the teleporter mod and extracted the folder and everything but i cant fin the teleporter anywhere i do have the poses though. if anyone knows how to solve this please let me know as i really want family photos in my game and was so happy when i found this video

Make sure the script files for the teleporter are directly in your mods folder and not in a sub-folder. Some other people have had this issue too, I hope that helps! Also, if you have the MC Command center mod there is a way to teleport sims to other sims and that works great for posing too! It is under sim commands - teleport commands. Some times using the mc command center way is even easier than the teleporter. Let me know if you have any other questions or need any more help. 😊

Here are all the fixes I know about! Try these and see if they help 😊 * Repair the Sims 4 through Origin. Just right click the Sims 4 and choose 'repair' - or click the gear/settings icon and choose 'repair' * Delete cache files in your sims 4 folder. Here is a tutorial www.carls-sims-4-guide.com/help/cachebackup.php * Make sure the script files are directly in your mods folder, and not in subfolders. * Check your sims 4 settings in game, and make sure you enable script mods! This is a must for the mod to work. (Menu > Game options > other > script mods allowed)

Press ctrl + shift + c and a bar will pop up, type in 'testingcheats on' Then press the shift key and click on one of your sims. Choose the option 'Modify in CAS' and once you are there you can click the gallery icon in the top right corner of the CAS screen, the light bulb icon. That is were I added the photographer sim. You can search the gallery for a sim with max photography skill and merge them to your household. Once you click the check mark and go back to live mode, they should be added to your household. If you click Ctrl + Shift + C and type in 'testingcheats on' then you can shift + click sims and there is an option to 'add to family'. That is the easiest way I know how to in game. Hope that helps! 😊

Is it actually possible to do a family picture of 6, 2 parents with a teen and 3 daughters?

It can be hard to find that exact pose, so what I like to do is use separate poses. You can use a couples pose for the parents and then single poses for all the children. You can place 2 teleporters where you want the parents to be and then place the other 4 teleporters around and in front of the parents. It may take a while to get it all placed just right but you can still get some great pictures! I hope this helps 😊

How did you get all of those poses? I click pose by pack and there's nothing there?

After downloading the pose player you have to individually download each pose that you want in your game. In the description box I listed some of my favorite pose creators and you can follow those links to find some amazing poses. Once you have those downloaded and put in your mods folder, you should be able to see them in the game once you go to pose the sims. @@SweetTSimmer Thank you soo much! And yes I have two questions, I used the knight pose thing to keep them still and for teleportation and when I gave them a pose they kept moveing further than I wanted them to be. And how do you do the poses that makes two sims interact with each other?

@@ratepic789 Some times turning off autonomy can help with them moving when you don't want them too. You can switch off autonomy in the settings. I have issues with this too in my game, it can be frustrating! After a while I usually get them to stay and having autonomy off helps, but it can take a while. Especially if you are posing more than one sim. For poses that use more than one sim, you will place the teleporters on top of each other - depending on how many sims you are using. For a pose with two sims, place two teleporters in the same spot and teleport both sims. While the game is paused, select the poses for both sims and when you press play they should snap into the poses together. Some times it takes a few tries but eventually it should work 😊

I'm sorry you are having issues with the sim teleporter! My biggest suggestion is to make sure the files are not too deep in your mods folder. The script file needs to be directly in your mod folder and not in a sub-folder if that makes sense. Hello I'm a new follower. Can you tell me what poses you used to make those pictures and how to download and use them ? Can you use the poses while playing or are they only for taking pictures? For example when I am watching machinimas then the sims can move and use this poses. They are not standing still using poses. I have been watching sims 4 stories here on KZbin and the sims are moving as normally when playing and their faces have expressions and they do different live poses . So I'm wonder if you know anything about it. I have downloaded poses but they only end up in RAR format and jpg format including zip lock format including TS4SCRIPT file. Compressed ( zip file) the only downloaded content that is saved as package file are the only files I put in my sims 4 mods folder . I have recently purchased sims 4 moschino so I can take family photos

@@elaineq9565 To uncompress large mods you can use 7zip (that is what I use www.7-zip.org/ ) or something like WinRar. Script files and package files are fine and don't need to be uncompressed. I think the animations make the sims move and have expressions and you can use that link above that I shared in my last comment to find different ones you might like. I'm not sure the best sites or creators for animations, I haven't used them before. The few machinimas I've made, I just use interactions and animations built into the game.

Okay, I've never really used the photography in the Sims so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but when I'm in picture mode, I don't have the little slider at the bottom that you do to change the camera angle. What am I missing?

Hi, I've found this on the internet: Q + E Keys: Tilt the camera up or down. A + D Keys: Pan the camera left and right. Mouse Scroll Wheel or Z + X Keys: Zoom in and out. Left Click + Drag: Freely move the camera in any direction. C Key: Snap Picture Maybe this works for you? I also never really used photography but when I did I always had the slider at the bottom. 😱 Hope it works out!

@Katelyn I believe that is only available if you use the tripod from the Moschino pack. If you use any other camera or your phone camera I believe you should be able to click and drag the frame wherever you need too. Since the tripod object doesn't have the drag feature, there is the slider at the bottom that lets you rotate the angle. I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions 😊

I have the sim teleporter and the pose player but when I go to click sumon or teleports Sim, it doesn’t do anything it doesn’t give me the option to click on a sim anything Does anyone know what to do or if I have to have any other settings

Oh no I'm sorry you are having issues! I found this tutorial from the mod's website that might help sims4studio.com/thread/2631/use-pose-player I know that the script files can't be very deep in your mods folder. Maybe there are other mods in your game that are interfering? Maybe try taking out any other mods you have and just trying with the pose player and sim teleporter. I wish I could help more! I hope it starts working for you. 😊

Some others have had issues with it too, but it works fine for me. My only advice is to make sure the teleporter script mod is not in any subfolders and just in the main mods folder. If it still doesn't work, you can try using MC Command Center to teleport your sims to each other. It is an option when you click on a sim under sim commands > teleport commands. Sorry you have having troubles with it! I hope it starts working for you 😊
