I can't thank you enough for this !!! For long 16 yrs I ve had this unexplainable pain in my hip, groin and back on the right side( was due to a exercise related injury intially) ... So many years of medicine and therapy and the pain and uneasiness always came back after a few months or as soon I stopped medications. This technique worked like a charm and I can't thank you enough for this... My prolonged pain and uneasiness has disappeared .. My breathing has improved immensely, sleep has become sound and peaceful ... How often should I repeat this technique for the effects to last permanently ?

You're welcome! So happy to hear this helped. There may be additional areas that need fascia release to get 100% pain relief that lasts. I recommend spending a little time on my channel or blog just learning about fascia and the role it plays in pain. The other area I'd recommend you get into is your quad hip flexor area. Often when the adductors are tight, so are the hip flexors. Healthy fascia won't hurt when compressed - so I could step on you with 150lbs and you wouldn't flinch. Keep doing the fascia release until it doesn't hurt 😊

@@mrcrotchet4012 Yes during the initial days on the right side . I must have made close to 20-25 visits to various doctors and specialists to rule out torsion , hydrosils or nerve damages . Took homeopathic medications too . Finally ayurvedic massages made a lot of difference and provided relief but that pain and muscular spasms kept coming back every now and then.

@@gauravnagar1848 It was a long time back and was a combination of lot of medicines with lot of dietary restrictions ( like no intake of curd, tangerine and cold water ). I was also asked to completely avoid alcohol and smoking ,if habitual , during the treatment . The initial 1- 1.5 month was to relax the stiffness of the muscles , then came the massage and steaming part ( that was for a week ) Then there were a set of medicines to strengthen the muscles . BALARISTAM used to strengthen the muscles is something I still consume . I would strongly suggest that you visit a physician as the treatment and set of medicines and it's dosages vary as per the nature and degree of the problem/injury.

@@shubhamgupta-me8xr i dont remember the specific exercise because I searched my symptoms in KZbin and followed 3-4 videos with different kind of stretchings which involves back and groin area.. i am not sure which one helped but it helped.

I faced aductor pull problem by kick starter of scooter & because of that i face pain in aductor thigh and testical pain was coming and going...... This exercise help me a lot... thanks

Hey James, right now there aren't very many of us doing Kinetix (the method of stepping you see in this video). I'm in San Diego - just in case you're close! If not, I definitely recommend trying one of my most recent videos, where I show you how to use a yoga block to get into this area on your own.

Hello, I have a friend who recommended this video to me. But my problem is in the inguinal area. It’s generally where the hernia problem occurs. But the doctors did an ultrasound and nothing came out of it. Would you recommend this or any other exercise?

YES, it is definitely worth exploring for men and women alike with pelvic pain. I also recommend other areas but the inner thigh is a major blood/nerve/lymph channel to the pelvic bowl and has a profound effect on that area when restricted.

Hi Abdirizak - I encourage you to look at some of my other videos. I have a technique you can try for this issue using a basketball (or soccer/football would work too). There are videos for addressing lower back pain on my channel - look for the quad and/or quad hip flexor techniques, the adductor/inner thigh videos, the IT Bands (outer thigh) and hamstrings. All good places to start :)

The only way to know is to try. There are many causes to any pain in the body. Typically, though, if restricted fascia is the cause your body will tell you right away when you release the right area of fascia by decreasing your pain (often instantly). Sometimes it takes finding the exact right area of fascia to release.

From a guys aspect, I've had the same pain! After masterbation I feel a bit better but after sex with my lady. That's the ONLY thing I've have found that cures it instantly! I wasn't sure why but I looked it up on KZbin and found your video! Thanks! As a massage therapists I love learning all about the body. One of the best massages in my life was from this 5' woman! I've had 3 people massaging on me at the same time. Feels amazing because you don't know what to focus on but pleasure. Back to the 5' woman and deep massage asian style with a bar to help her push down and pull up to lower the pressure! Oh my Lord! They didn't teach that in my college school's at ALL! 4 different schools different studies! Either way your on to a success buisness right now and you should teach it

Hey Jim, I have a self fascia release version of this using a basketball, as well as a technique using a yoga block - search "adductor," "lower back" and "groin pain" on the channel and you should be able to find them, or scroll through the videos and look for thumbnails about the inner thigh.

I have only testicular pain . I had reason for that because i have anterior pulvic tilt I stretched lower back but I stretched durasik spin lot on that day onwards I am getting testicular pain while I am sleeping and while I am sleeping . I observed that slowly my balls coming between my thighs please help me out

Grab a friend! Friends are generally a better option anyway, with romantic partners there's a lot of potential for....let's just say, upset (speaking from experience). Friends tend to be more objective. And, to be fair, with partners who commit to learning there's also the potential for growing through the upsets and getting closer.

i have left testicle pain it is also pulled up and remained higher than right one and i feel that my right testes is taller than my left one and i also have lower back pain and left hip and my full left thie is streched and due to this strench i feel pain in my left knee .... solution please
