Safeties are set at the correct height when to fail a rep all you must do is sit a bit below parallel, you should never have to drop the weight back off your shoulders. It's probably not a good idea to suddenly remove that much weight off your back. Set the safety at the correct height guys.

yo I played football 2 years ago before I graduated and I tore both Hamstrings running. I had Therapy for like 6 months but I still have complications to this day because since my hams tore, my glutes and lower back took over all movements and I have alot of back pain and immobility . What do you suggest I do to get back to strength training? I've used a Smith machine to squat to take pressure off my back but it doesn't promote strength gains of course.

Ok so *Good Mornings vs RDL* what's the deal between the two? Is there a difference in what its working? In my point of view what's the point of Good Mornings putting that weight on your back(unless you do what Terron does here) when you can just do RDL's?...if anyone can answer this for me I would appreciate any input about the differences/pro's/con's and etc.
