Jet privilege has now changed to intermiles, but now you can't get a single thing with your InterMiles. I have no option to redeem miles completely. All they are offering is partial redemption(buy/book this at this much rupees + redeem % miles). Basically it's a shopping app not a reward redemption app or website anymore

It does, it's called intermiles now. It is a new entity that supports redemption of points on all flights. I personally have jet debit and air india credit card to work with

In reality, it's not a loss, they get a commission on the purchases and stuff so they make their money. It's kinda like affiliate marketing. Every time I purchase from amazon with the JP link, they get some money from amazon. It's like any rewards program similar to credit card rewards and stuff.
