What a great video! It was an absolute pleasure to film this project for the team at CNBC Make It. Working with CNBC and Sean was an absolute pleasure. Everyone on the shoot was incredibly professional and great to work with. Sean is a wealth of knowledge and is genuinely an expert in his craft. Thank you for allowing me to be part of this fantastic project! Cheers from Winnipeg.

Great story. And great advice by him about taking risks and sacrificing to get what you want. His photography is beautiful.

A 60-something friend has a side business photographing luxury watches at his home studio. He worked for newspapers, now is part of Chicago’s motion picture and tv production industry.

Food photography, is an expression in itself. I love it. But know how to do it and how to build a photography setup ( for taking photos) like yours. I do take food photos from my Android phone. Though I have nikon dslr but... Can you make a dedicated video on: 1. Food photography prep for shoot? 2. Your shooting and editing process? 3. Your room/ studio tour?

Are they no longer listing details of their budget, expenses, etc.?

Did they forget to include the budget breakdown? Or did they wrongly title this as "Millennial Money" instead of "On the job"?

Food Photography was something I wanted to do. But like he said in the beginning, he has been in the culinary industry for so long so he knows what people are looking for. Me it was more about eating food but I always thought of how artistically crafted each dish came out. Maybe in later years I could master the skill but until then it’s just a dream for me.

Later years?? The man places food neatly and aims a camera at it… you can start right now!

Would love to know hood business model! Who are his clients in a smaller city like Winnipeg? He must have well over a hundred clients if he’s charging 1-2k per shoot and still clearing well over 100k with expenses and employees.

If $134k was his 2022 income, I wish he would’ve stated what he was on track to make in 2023

Thats not true a lot of people is very successful and don't have culinary experience and they are more advanced then the ones that do. And thats worth billons.

Actually is nice, he matched the edelberry background type with the yoga outfit and the water bottle with a slightly different shade to break the monotony. Very good use of color scheme
