One question I like to ask myself either in weekly or monthly reviews is: "what have I been avoiding and why?" A lot of times I'm putting off some of the most important things because I'm scared to do them, and seeing it written down means acknowledging that I'm avoiding it and having to confront the why behind it. Is it because I'm afraid of messing it up? Do I simply not have all the tools I need to tackle this goal/project? OR is it just that this goal is not as important to me as I thought, and I actually need to reevaluate it. It helps keep my priorities straight!

This is a good one! Thanks for sharing! Usually the thing we are avoiding the most has a lot of potential to make a great difference!

I liked your comment about “being your own cheerleader.” I am a yoga teacher and I always end my classes by inviting people to think about what is working well in their own bodies and lives. So often we (I - guilty) focus on what isn’t working or what we are unhappy about. By shifting the focus to the positive, we shift from what isn’t possible to what is possible, which goes hand in hand with goal setting. Thanks for a great planner!

Would you consider adding one or two dot (blank) pages after each monthly layout for notes etc, in addition to the blank ones already in the back? I find myself wanting to jot down notes for the month but I don't want to flip all the way to the back of the planner. Love these videos btw!
@AngeliaTrinidad5 жыл бұрын
This was actually how it was laid out before, but we felt it would be best to keep the pages all together, definitely will consider it for future runs but a good workaround option is to download out printout and add the pages on top of the monthly reflection!

@@AngeliaTrinidad I'd like both :-) an extra page or two after each month AND pages at the end of the planner to use as a journal
@kellybikurgurl59955 жыл бұрын
I would love to see a double page spread between the months for blank or dotted pages, this would be great to not only add memorabilia - like extra photos, sketches, stickers, ticket stubs, but it could also be added with a prompt for so much more!! What I'd love to do with mine would be to use it as a monthly data dump. I have been using differnt planners through the years, but love Passion Planner! With this small tweak, instead of flipping to the back for my gratitude journal, habit trackers, monthly goal setting mind maps {you could even distinguish these pages with a black border with white type, with prompts like the Roadmap, Gratitude, Habit/Spending Trackers, etc} - that way if customers wanted to use the blank pages for notes, memorabilia, or like me -- instead of trying to also carry my Bullet Journal {or travelers notebook with me!}, I could really move completely to the Passion Planner and keep those pages in the back for my book lists, movie lists, quotations, school planning, homework, etc. and not have to dig back and forth between the two sections. Thank you so much for all the videos and your consideration!! I love your positivity and helping people change their lives one planner at a time

Inspirational touching moments- helps reflect back on certain moments in life whether personal or business that touched you & may change the way you think or act. Sometimes it could just be a great memory to capture for sentimental or meaningful reasons.

I really appreciated this video! I haven’t been consistent with my monthly reflections. One thing I’m trying this month is instead of waiting until the end of the month, I started filling it out at the end of each week. Just a sentence here and there. It’s lifted so much weight, knowing my monthly reflections are already started. An accountability question I’ve been asking myself daily is, How many minutes did you spend on self care? Your comments about life in minutes struck me bc I’ve been actively tracking my minutes bc I was finding that I was spending too much time on social media and also putting other responsibilities ahead of self care. It’s really helped switched my perspective on how I use social media and making sure I prioritize self care! This is a minor thing but I saw several comments about adding dot grid pages-I’m a grid line girl. I’ve tried dot grid and it wasn’t for me. I like making lists and trackers and I find grid lines work best for me so I was ecstatic to find grid paper in the Passion Planner!

Ooo yes I love love love this! Thank you for the suggestion! And yes, I too also love grid, in the newer versions have shifted to dotted grid because some people love to doodle in their planner so it was the happy medium between grid and blank.

Can you share a glimpse of your notebook as to how you mindmap gamechangers from different areas of your life. Do you mindmap a goal from each area (role) of your life on a monthly basis & incorporate in weekly schedule?

You are a joy to listen to. Could you add a block where you can write how you blessed other people that month? I always want to help others but get caught up in being busy. If it were in the planner, it would be a great reminder. Thanks!

Oo I like this, I think that if there is prompt that doesn't really resonate with you in the monthly reflection just whiting it out and replacing it with your own. Also I have seen people use their monthlies to note things like that.

Love your videos! How about a questions about who’s life/lives did I affect this month (positively or negatively) and what are steps I can do to build up a relationship(s) in the upcoming month. I feel like we get caught up in to-do’s and sometimes forget To intentionally build up others/relationships around us.

I would love to see a pie chart at the end of the monthly reflection so you could map out where your time is going overall. You could also use it to see where expenses are going each month or how much time you are spending to reach the goals on your roadmap. A simple circle with the words, "Map it out" could be added under the third prompt.

Can you share/elaborate on the notebook you mentioned that you keep with various business/personal goals? I end up with a bunch of loose leaf papers of things I need to get done and feel like I'm constantly searching through papers to find what I need to be working on.

I just buy any good dotted grid plain notebook from the store or amazon, I don't have any that I think I would really prefer over another. Who knows, maybe one day we will release our own dotted grid notebooks ;)

Oh wow! I totally didn't realize the end of the month checklist incorporated into the original passion roadmap, or the next month's gamechanger map like that! It's such a great idea to go back and highlight/check off the things you accomplished; it is easy to lose track of how much you have done of the long-term goal when you are concentrating on the current day/week/month.

I try to fill it out each week - different color for the comments of the week - allows me for a quicker focus/re-focus by spending a few minutes on the questions weekly vs. monthly.

I love doing the monthly reflections!! But now after the video, I'm soooo sad. 😔 It's gonna be a WHOLE WEEK before I get to do another reflection!!! And I reallllly want to play with the format of the answers like you did!!! 😃 What would I add? I would carve out a chunk of the space for the first question about memories and create a box of white space for a quick sketch of a memory in a little frame. 😊 Sticker lovers could place a representative sticker in it, too.

If you add a weekly check in to both the daily and the weekly planner, it will encourage people to look at the week which is easier that the month, and it won't be so daunting to us that struggle with refection at the end of the month. All we will have to do it look at the 4 reflections and go from there.

Gurl, how about that rejection but a mini one as a weekly reflection....?? Also am and pm reflection for the new daily planner... that's what I do because it clears your mind daily, assess weekly abd finally enforces when you do your monthly..??
