i always go to treasure islands as i'm busy building a Fairycore themed island and these islands are an amazing way for me to grab all of the items i need to finish the island and also prepare for any new builds i plan on making

I have been to treasure islands but I do recommend not going to the ones that has the codes on screen but the ones you ask on stream. Tiger Tea team is awesome streamers!!

Been going to treasure islands quite frequently since I started a secondary island and have been trying to aim for a lavender core theme (or at least an island with mostly purple stuff). Problem is definitely the interferences when talking to Orville as well as occasional communication errors. Also to anybody reading this comment, I would advise being mindful of what you grab from those islands because some of those items are ones you don’t normally get or pick up in game which could potentially cause glitches.

One time while i was trying to leave a treasure island, someone right behind me in dodo airlines purposely looked at their phone so i wasnt able to leave in hope i close the convo and have them steal my spot and leave before me... i was extremely mad but made sure i kept asking to leave without closing the convo. I love treasure islands, don’t get me wrong traffic is crazy and so far the only ones I’ve done are the ones on twitch with the free one on the screen but I enjoy them. Some might not want to because they don’t feel like they accomplished anything but I can never decorate because I don’t have the diys or decor I need and I always end up restarting because of it. So I’m getting furniture and clothing and diys. I’m choosing not to get materials, money, or nmt though because I’m going to earn those myself. That’s just my choice though play however you want. I’m choosing an elegantcore island / little farmer town. So far I started with lyman and rocket as my starts but I’m going to move them out later. I went hunting for villagers earlier. Well can’t really call it a hunt with only like 5 nmts when these people have like 50-100 in videos but whatever. My first island I found Rex a lion(nope), then pinky?the flamingo ostrich( debated but decided nah keep going), next got bones(took him), after got marina(took her), bubbles(nope), then lastly cookie(took her to)

every treasure island has 10 villagers u can talk to and have them move to your island, the houses are always at a corner next to each other. every island has different villagers so there is not an island that has all.

I’d recommend checking twitch for treasure island streams with low viewership! Less than 20 viewers is the sweet spot. It might take a few tries, but usually I can get into them within 5 minutes.

I feel like treasure islands are only “cheating” if you are someone who plays the game specifically for the journey/growth aspect of it. People like animal crossing for different reasons and for some people its more about decorating, why should people who love decorating have to play a certain way when that isnt how they get the most joy out of the game? Personally i do love the game for the journey of it, but i put in my time for that and filled my museum organically and everything and then i restarted. And what can i say? I dont wanna have to wait to unlock every KK slider song again, i just wanna have my perfect ideal island that i always wanted and i dont wanna have to catch 10 billion more fish to do it 😭

either means the dodo code was reset or you may have typed it in incorrectly

I imagine people leave quietly if they grow tired of the constant interruptions when someone is coming or going. I know that crashes normal islands and the code has to be reset.

Gate is either closed on their side or they could have banned you from visiting for whatever reason. Just try to get in 4 to 5 times, maybe more, until you get in. Traffic also happens when treasure happens. Either or, doesn't hurt to be sure.

i use treasure islands by a streamer called 'NooksGift' on twitch! lots of items and v underrated. v short wait time!! if you dont have a twitch acc, its free, but if you dont want to go through the hassle of making an acc, you can watch without login! you just cant chat, which is a bummer bc you can find items you need with '!find *then the item name*!! happy flying to them!
