At first it may sound insane to wake up so early, but as a night owl, I can totally relate to this. If I stay up late studying when I have classes the next morning, I won't get enough sleep. But if I go to bed earlier, I can start my day while it's still dark outside so my brain thinks I'm working at night. And since I already slept, I can just continue the rest of the day while feeling refreshed

At that time I used to think of those days as one of the worst but now that I'm out of the frame of that past Those were the best hours spent! I just had blur of negative emotions that I couldn't see I was grieving in heaven even if there were valid reasons for that. I cant focus nearly as well on my work when I'm tired, so I've learned to do my studying/work before going to UNI at 8AM since after coming home at 16 I'd be beat. There was some time I was waking up as early as 2AM and for a while used a binary sleep schedule which allowed me to have about 17 hour of focus time in a day (slept ~9pm-1am and then ~11am-1pm) . Only did this for a week or two till I was done with my exams tho. There also aren't as many distractions in the early morning. Really depends on the person though, I am most focused as soon as I wake up while some people seem to be much later.

This is sick. I was doing 5am at one point but i cant sustain that anymore, even though i loved it. I'm a filmmaker and alot of my career requires late social calls or events, etc, so i need to be available for those later times. So now i wake up 7.

Ever since you made this video, I read the book completely a few times and god for the first time in years I'm waking up at 6 am peacefully after getting in cycles where I know I'm doing it wrong but don't want to correct it- anyways you did impact an important aspect of my life and will be forever grateful for you introducing us to this book💞

I used to do the same as you for a while, but after that I just feel it's not healthy, I feel tired, maybe personally for me or biological for our body. I think 5 is good, but the best is when the sun begins to come up. It gives me the best feeling to wake up, and know that new day is ready to start.

i have strong social anxiety. if i have to start work at 9am...waking up at 3:30am would allow me to do my breathing exercises, meditation, prayer, a strong cardio session (run outside), shower & eat, commute. this would significantly soothe my social anxiety and enable me to hold a job down without succumbing to all the stress, nerves, jittery feeling--that just wears me out.

We’re living the same life haha. I started waking up at 4 am a few months ago and I use my google home, wifi enabled lights, physical alarm, and iphone as alarms. They’re set in different places so I have to run to make sure I’m not waking up the rest of the house. I give myself 40 minutes to plan, shower, get set-up, eat and 30 minutes to read before I get studying. I love studying before the sun rises.

@@namithamohandas8726 here's a few things u can do :- 1. Sleep around 8-9pm If u can't fall asleep :- Do a 10min intense workout Do yoga for 20 mins Relax ur self 2. Put an annoying/loud song as ur alarm :) and keep ur alarm alot away from you There is also an app called " Challenge alarm" Which Will only stop playing the alarm once u have done something like u can select what u wanna do in the morning, like solve an east maths problem, show it an object like a mug or smthng or what 3. The first thing u should do in the Morning is making ur own bed, this will trick ur brain into being more productive as u have already achieved something in the morning which is making ur bed first thing in the morning 4. Drink water after making ur bed as drinking water wakes u up 5. Exercise for 20-30mins :) this will make ur mood better for the day 6. Make progress like if u wake up at 9am then start waking up at 7:30am for a week then after u have built the habit wake up at 5-6am or smthng and build that habit :) keep a habit tracket it's helpful :) 7. If u know someone who wakes up early , u can tell them to call and wake up up in the morning GOOD LUCKKK!! and also it's fine if u break the habit of waking up early for a few days or smthnh cause that's totally normal were all humans sometimes we just wanna sleep :)

@sarahzahir5582
@sarahzahir5582 3 жыл бұрын
I'm a Muslim and my praying schedule and studying schedule used to a mess up a lot since I had to pray around 3 or 4 am and again at 5 am.I used to do All nighters but that really effected my health negatively(yes even after getting 7 hours of sleep in the morning).So after a lot of schedule changing,I finally I stick to this routine.It really helps and like he said,there's no distraction so you get a lot of time in the morning.
