As a Mets fan and more importantly a baseball nerd, I loved this video and hope to see more like it. Particularly enjoyed the behind the scenes insight into how adjustments are made. I have to admit I didn’t think players read those types of articles for tips, I always figured just us nerds and/or amateur players actually learn something from those. Also about your training program, when you came back I immediately noticed that you looked in the best shape I’d ever seen you. If memory serves correct I think the SNY Booth even mentioned it a few times. P.S. I hope you stay in Queens (although I understand that’s really not in your hands) but if not, I wish you well wherever you end up and I’ll definitely be rooting for you!

Great insight into how hard this has to be. If someone told me I had to tunnel my pitches better, I'd have no idea where to start. (Granted I was definitely a hitter, not a pitcher). But the fact that you did the work to identify the adjustments you needed to make and did them is wild, and it's obvious why you're a major leaguer
