When I watch the video of Cody singing this at the Houston Rodeo (which is usually daily), when he leaves the stage and gets on the horse.........chill bumps every time!!! God bless you and your family CoJo!! 💜🙏 from the great state of Texas!!

Dear Rodeo I'd be lying if I said I don't think about you. The good outweighed the bad. And I am still in love with you. What good that it does me.

as a ex bull rider i completely understand where he came from by writing the song "dear rodeo", i always have flashbacks from when i was riding last year in 2020. When i first heard this song i thought to myself this song is so true.

I never knew you'd ridden. Then I heard this song. When you've been there, you know. Can't tell you how many women I tried to explain this to back when I rode. I was never gonna love them as much as I loved bullridin. And I still miss it more than any of them. Thank you for this song. My soul needed it.

I think so many of us can relate to this song for any number of lifestyles we used to be dedicated to. For me it was short track modified racing. I have flashbacks of coming to the green flag on the 4th row outside with a full field of 32 650hp fire breathing racecars breathing down your neck with an inch between you and the car in front of you. Nothing will ever compare! I'm still in love with it even though I'm a dad raising 3 kids now! Love your Music COJO!

I really love the fact that there us a story behind the song. Thats what makes an artist anyone can pick up a mic and mumble butt through a hit but this is what makes legendary songs
