I have a beard, and on the reverse of my headshot I have a little thumbnail without the beard... I went to an agent workshop in NY recently and they told me it was confusing and I should try to be consistent with my brand. I thought it was bad advice so thanks for giving your input on the subject.

Can you please make a video on how important it is for a casting director to see extensive acting training on a resume? If an actor's been to Julliard or had a 1 day on-camera technique class, does that weigh in much in the hire if they have a strong reel?

I have a question: if you are asked to change your physical appearance drastically for a role (like cut your hair/change the color), and your hair has not grown back to the length or the headshot/the color isn't exactly the same, is it necessary to get new headshots? or will casting directors be more lenient because you changed your appearance for an acting role?

What about a male with long hair who ties back his hair sometimes ?. Depends on the role.
