Free 1-1 coaching discovery call: antiprocrastin...
In today's world, a concerning trend of emotional fragility and declining resilience is on the rise. This shift can be traced back to a misguided interpretation of inclusivity, which blurs the lines between proficiency and incompetence from the impacts of woke culture. By rewarding mediocrity and lowering standards, we've created a society that expects praise for mere participation rather than genuine achievement.
In this video, we explore, from the approach of psychology and philosophy, how our culture of inclusivity fosters incompetence and diminishes the importance of striving for excellence. Discover why our current approach stifles the recognition of unique talents and exceptional character, leading to a fragile populace unprepared for challenges and adversity.

I would strongly agree, and when inquiring about metrics for success it gets even weirder.

Sure its making sense under your cognizing context and evaluation of interdependend phenomena of social interaction. In many ways one is able to discuss pros and contras to subjects like this. But to "generally" say "inclusivity is making us weak" is simply wrong under the broader context of situations. To give a personal example: I worked for a blind university professor (like being his second brain), he is also the major administrator for tasks belonging to "inclusivty and solution for individual help" for students with disabilities or in need of appropriate extended help to make them be able to study. To cut it short... Without our contribution those students would not be able to study at all. Imagine being cut off higher education just because u need a bit more help with some organisatorial stuff or u are only able to take exames in a specific way cause of ur disability. But under the banner of say "inclusion" those standards are being provided per law and those students in dire need are getting the help making them able to study and strive their targetet education/job/career/etc Guessing from the top of my head "Inclusion" as an idea in social sciences is like three decades old and gathers many improvements in countless different appliances of human interaction. Portraying and only understanding it like its being shown in the video is just not enough to come to terms with a solid scientific understaning of what is being talked about.
