Scientist Homi Bhabha was the one that gave idea 💡 of how to build a nuclear program suitable for India. Then he went and started forst phase and made first nuclear reactor. And before making a nuclear bomb he was assassinated. If he was not killed, then India would have completed all 3 stages before 2000. Still, in 2024 India just entered 2nd phase.
