As an INTP, that's great to hear. My sister told me that she turned out to be an INFJ, but I think she's either mistyped, or an unusually loud and outspoken, opinionated introverted feeling type. We've never really interacted with one nother unless we're fighting over something, and it's 9/10 her putting her 2 cents in and (very harshly) criticizing everything that bothers her about (her opinions about) everybody, while she infuriates me with her constant emotion-dumping over the same stuff over and over again. I never hear from her unless she needs to complain about something, and also assumes she knows everything about everybody. I can safely say that my INFJ sister isn't too nuts about INTPs, seeing us very negatively. Which is very ironic, because I've read everywhere that INFJ and INTPs are like the best match ever, which I can see why, but maybe that applies only in healthy cases (and maybe depending on our enneagram blend, too), and we're all turbulent.

@@phatcat3705 Oh i know what you mean ! Im an intp with an infp sister ( and im pretty sure neither of us is mistyped) and contrary to how these two types should get along ... We don't. At least not in the usually expected way . I still think the whole technically expected thing is correct tho . Bc if i had an infp friend or roommate we would definitely get along with our quiet selves and be more patient with each other . Whereas my sister is a completely different person when associating with me than when with others. With me she is loud , very talkative , overly emotional ( i guess that's constant but still she shows it much more) , wants to spend overly too much time with me and talk about every single thing that amuses her or every single movie that she's thinking about right then ... And then i ( who likes to think and think and think about what's on my mind rather than talk about it (usually) bc I don't see why other people should be interested in it ( again usually ) ) get super annoyed when she interrupts my line of thought every five seconds to talk about what she likes ! ( Like i said , if she were my friend/roommate we'd be much more considerate toward each other. I'd be willing to take the time to listen to what she has to say , and she'd probably not have so much to say to me ) but when you're sisters and you've been doing this your whole life the patience and consideration just come for a visit a few times every year and don't stay much lol

@@phatcat3705 The focus of Fe is others. Metaphorically speaking, it is a concern of : How do you feel? and What perplexes you? Fi users can do these things as well, but they have inner emotional precision. Think of Fi as a function that comes equipped with the inner emotion wheel. In order to understand someone better when it comes to cognitive functions, we need to know the areas it connects to and look at things separately and only then piece things together to form a full picture.

Spot on with the INTP / INFP pairing. I was friends with a married couple where he was an INTP computer programmer and she was an INFP poet. They would go on long hikes in good weather and hardly EVER interact with each other for hours and hours on end! He would be sitting on a hill cataloging all the birds he could spot with his binoculars while she would look for rare plants and mushrooms or just sit and meditate. Even walking to and from the car (the distance would vary as much as 5-10 miles depending on the day), they would barely speak as each “did their own thing”. Amazing!

As an INTP, my ideal partner would be an INFP (healthy example, of course). I'm demisexual, so wouldn't matter if male or female, but I really wish there were more nice INFP guys out there. Met one who fit the ideal, and he was the best person ever, and the only one who was never put off by my awkwardness or "weirdness." (A shame that he was 10 years older and I was too picky about the age difference). I like the part about giving each other our own space when needed, yet still without growing cold with one another. When it comes to things I'm usually very uncomfortable with as an INTP, like opening up if needed, INFPs are probably the only person I could do so with, because they don't push us to, and tend to be good listeners and non-judgmental. So far, all of my fictional crushes have been INFPs, and, even when I was a teenager, every time I imagined myself with somebody, even a character I made up myself, they were always a typical sweet INFP type. We tend to share the same eccentricities, too, while I've gotten comments from INFPs saying that they love INTPs, with the feeling being mutual, which makes the INTP/INFP coupling an ideal one.

I’m an INTP and you knocked this one out of the park! ENTPs rock, though it bugs me that we can be so similar and not entirely agree. They will miss specific details, and they may not fully agree with even themselves, testing as they go. It bugs me and makes me want to return to the topic to convince them… even years later. I can usually type an INFP woman with incredible ease. They are like sisters. I enjoy their vibe and creativity. ISTPs, wow - so similar, we are almost twins, though they can be more abrasive, if you mess up even remotely logically. Fortunately, INTPs have a hard time messing up logic. A mature, easy-going ESFJ knows how to make me feel comfortable, as if they can read the comfort centers of my mind. I respect that: it is intuitive and logical in a different way and scale. Immature, non-easygoing ones? Are you the lowest key enemy of me, with values the clash? INFJs: so insightful, from a different realm. I especially respect the mature ones. There is opportunity for some sort of synergy. ENFPs can be awesome to talk with. I don’t agree with all of their values (show me some good foundations of how you got there), but talk about Ne, and jumping tracks: they will keep up, and we will be casually and then excitedly jumping tracks together. Then out of no where: boom! They drop a nugget of wisdom or insight. I actually see them as quite insightful, in such an underrated way. They deserve more credit.

As an INTP, I agree with the ENTP one. I'm unusually outspoken for an introverted thinking type and definitely do have my stereotypically ENTP-like moments, such as when I'm around other introverts (because I'm always the loudest, most social one of them for some reason), so I can see myself getting along with an ENTP, even as a fun partner-in-crime friendship. They're me, anyway, only without the stereotypical social awkwardness, which makes them better to hang around with as an INTP than another INTP, in my opinion (because of that, secretly, I admit that ENTPs are who I have in mind and try to imitate when in social settings... only... I'm not cool enough to ever pull it off successfully 😅). Ironically, my dad tested as an ISTP, but doesn't fit most of the traits, since ISTPs are under the Explorers category (and he'd much rather take it easy and explore his TV), but he's basically the laid-back, unperfectionistic, non-creative, more realistic version of myself, who also doesn't get my "weird" humor. Otherwise, being introverted thinking-perceiving types definitely makes it easier to get along with him as an INTP than with my ESTJ mother (more on that later). Never met an ESFJ as far as I know, but I'd probably think of them the same as with ENFJs. Probably. ENFJs are probably my opposite: dedicated, charming, people-oriented, accomplished, etc. But they're button-pushers and tend to be critical and come on too strong, like believing that talking about our problems and feeling is a one-size-fits-all solution, which, for us introverted thinking types, is definitely not and has the opposite effect. My mom is an ESTJ, and, in my personal experience, that's probably one of the worst mixes for an INTP, as they tend to be stickers for "norms," etc., and must always have a plan while we're non-conformists by nature and prefer to make things up as we go along (because logic dictates that you can't "plan" LIFE), only preparing for emergencies. In a healthy setting, we could balance each other out, but my example, we're all turbulent, so my focus on the why/how and the details, as well as my eccentricities, inability to fit in with others and tendency to be unprepared but great at improv, contrasts horribly with my ESTJ mother's extroverted charm and focus on the who/what/where, fitting a certain image, and "the big picture" and her need to plan/schedule everything, which is why she's particularly horrible in an emergency and worse at dealing with setbacks. I mean, we can't even agree on how to do the dishes, with my focus on scrubbing clean every area one-by-one, while she hates the way I do them because it wastes water and time, with her just filling a basin up with soapy water and doing them all at once, with me hating how she washes the dishes because her way doesn't clean them thoroughly, and her criticizing me about my methods and vice versa with my showing her why her way doesn't work. Relaxing is not part of her nature, even when she wants to, while I tend to space out and get distracted even while working. Out of everyone in our family, I'm the one she's had the most problems with as a non-conformist, with her need to be in control, and says I'm "thick-headed," but the problem is her and her inability not involve herself and just let us do our own thing. As an INTP, I've gotten comments from INFPs saying that they love INTPS. And the feeling is mutual (albeit healthy examples, of course). They're so sweet, and probably the only kind I would be comfortable enough being around to open up to and show affection. We also tend to share the same eccentricities, such as making up our own fiction and getting lost in our imaginations, which is what I love about them, and those types so far haven't laughed at or judged me for my "weirdness." My favorite characters in fiction are always INFPs. Would love to have and INFP friend and more INFP guys out there. ENFPs and ESFPs... I can get along with them just fine.... But, as an introverted thinking type, I might need to limit my time with one, to conserve what little energy I have... That is, if they don't forget that I'm even there, since they tend to do all the conversing. 😅 Being socially awkward, I usually got bullied by ESTP-types during my schooling. But I secretly envy their charm. ISTJs are the ideal people to work with as an INTP, in my opinion. They'll help keep me focused on the task, that way I won't get distracted and the work will get done. (As much fun as ExxPs can be, I don't find them good to work with, personally, as they bring out my own wackier side, in which case I get just as loud and silly, if not obnoxious, so, with them, I get distracted and nothing gets done). So I personally find the ISTJ my ideal work partner/boss. As far as personal settings, I haven't met anybody who fits the criteria for ISTJ, so can't say anything about them as friends. Ironically, my sister told me that she tested as an INFJ, but she's definitely turbulent, and much more J that anything else, because we've never gotten along. We've always interacted very little, and it's not unusual for it to turn into a fight. She just can't stand awkward people, like me. But I guess I might not have any issue with a HEALTHY INFJ, though, since I've read many reasons why INFJs and INTPs are like the ideal pairing. As far as the other introverted thinking types, I personally find us to be kind of "boring," and other INTPs kind of a drag to be around in real life (love a lot of fictional INTP characters, though), but that's my own personal opinion. 😅 I can see myself working with them well in a professional setting, though, since we tend to focus on the details and logic, but as far as personal, I probably won't be able to maintain a friendship with another introverted thinker.

INTP here, this is how I personally see all of them (this is likely to be biased): ENTP: A more playful, provocative version of myself. It's sometimes hard for me to know when they're serious or just teasing, I try to emulate them in social scenarios. ENTJ: They're the personality type I look up to the most. The ones I know tend to have a lot of willpower and set their priorities in the way I'd like to set my own priorities if I wasn't so easily waylaid by side-interests or curiosity. ESTP: Brash, rude, full of themselves, show-offish, false humility. Cool though. ESFJ: Socialite wannabes, good at networking, trend followers, masters of small talk, friendly, but very uninteresting. ESTJ: Obnoxious, rule-obsessed, bossy, but serious and reliable. I respect them a lot. ENFJ: Approachable, kind, understanding, easy to take advantage of. ENFP: Unfocused, easily distracted, love the sound of their own voice, impulsive, but easy to love as they keep me entertained. ESFP: Pathological fun seekers, enjoyable to interact with, but I keep my distance. INTP: Inwardly overactive, outwardly aloof, unreliable for activities that don't interest them, very reliable for those they're interested in. I love and hate them (us), they're the type that requires the most talking to if you need their attention. ISTP: Inexpressive, they do their own thing and do it well, they don't care much about what others think of them, but they tend to have a sense for being cool. ISFP: Very hard to reason with, stubborn, artsy, expressing themselves is their biggest need (and often the cause of their problems). ISFJ: Nitpicky, bland sense of humor, creatures of habit, narrow minded, hard to take out of their comfort zone, but they're reliable and serious, which I respect. ISTJ: Rule-oriented, diligent, a bit dull, but I can respect their low tolerance to nonsense. INFP: Oversensitive, dreamy, impractical, but very interesting, enjoyable company once I get to know them. INTJ: They're basically me when I'm in a bad mood. Over critical, goal-oriented, they don't care in whose toes they're stepping on. INFJ: Inwardly conflicted, they're very curious and yet cautious, they have an abundance of projects that they end up being fed up with but still see them through.

Interactions between my INFP son and me and his INTP brother have led me to consider Ne to be the ultimate humor function. We're philosophically different, the vibes are different, but we get each other's humor with such ease...we go down paths of reference, taking further and further steps into the ridiculous until we literally can't breathe. I've missed multiple exits on road trips because of this. We all view the ESFP sister as an absolute force of nature, beyond our ken. She may be the funniest one of us all without even trying. I know that I don't vibe with ESFPs out in the wild, but the girl and I have learned to step around each other's idiosyncracies, and we're as much friends as fam. I love going shopping with her. I (INTJ) had an INTP boss for a while, and we did and still do get along great. He's funny and insightful and an interesting human who I can always have a great, wide-ranging conversation with. I also have two friends, a many-years-married couple who are ISFJ and INTP, and they do seem like a very good combo. Nailed it again, from my non-INTP perspective, at least.

As an intp, I totally agree with the istj ones. My sister is an istj and we can talk for hours about current issues, history, politics etc and she’s the type that spills me with the facts she read and I will research on the topics to get more details. Most often, I would conceptualise the facts/issue but she can barely keep up with me so she just listens and agreed and then spills me more with facts which I extremely appreciate and enjoy. Usually I will correct her if anything is wrong but she sometimes will just forget about it 😂 Gaining new knowledge is absolutely fun for me but while I am a very neutral person, she can be very judgemental. she has a biased perspective that mixed with her own feelings. She can be seem as a very strict person and extremely independent but in all honesty, she’s a very very emotional person. She frequently asks me to help her with her assignments and sometimes tests bc I’m smarter, but she’s a law enforcement student meanwhile I’m a maths major so all I can help is just her essays that usually independent of the topics she learned in lectures. And also I’m too lazy to read her slides. I don’t get paid for this but i enjoy learning stuffs about law and criminal cases. So it’s a win-win situation for me. One thing for sure, she hates her classmates for being *stupid* and lazy 😂 and always giving excuses to the point she always asks her lecturers to do every assignment individually. That’s a very istj style. And also she often corrects her lecturer and classmates. However despite her always asking me for opinions, she says that she might hate me if i was her classmate bcs our way of doing assignments and stuffs are very different and I can be seen as “lazy”. But since my work are usually high quality and detailed, she said it’s okay lmfao. She’s also the type that can understand my stupid and dark jokes but doesn’t understand my sarcasm or high intelligence jokes. I would conclude that istj is fun to talk with but not discussing. Also, living with an istj is a big no for me bcs we would bicker almost all the time. They are too practical and routine. And she assumes me not doing nothing just bcs I’m laying on my bed without knowing I’m actually thinking.

Even so, I still think if i were to work tgt with istj, we would have a great teamwork. It is also fun bcs we would ditch all unnecessary conversation (small talk etc) and directly jump on what we are going to do. As long as I am allowed to do my own research before, I think we can always excel the assignment, given anything.

Now that I've been at this a while I know for absolute certainty that he's an ISTP because he actually gets things done. as an INTP myself, here is how i see each of the 16 personalities DISCLAIMER: some of these views may have been skewed from personal experience (looking at you INFJ and ENFP) but without furhter ado, here we go: ENTP - in the best case, charming, witty and sarcastic, whilst remaining quite smart, and they think way quicker and come up with comebacks quicker than i can dream of. int he worst case, sarcastic assholes, who think being smartass is cool. INTP - someone i have to overprove; there is only room for one INTP ISFJ - their organisational skills, and people skills (whilst not coming across as obnoxious, more as caring) are impeccable. like, if it wasnt for the internal breakdowns a lot of them tend to have, between them and the ISTP, they are literally the perfect type ESFJ - social butterflies, with good organisational skills. i dont understand it, but they are certainly good at doing what i cant do as good. wish i could do that sometimes ENTJ - like-minded individuals, and a bit more aggresive and action-oriented. i can respect that. ISFP - autistic ESFP - into everything that im not. you know the cliche dynamic of the extroverted party-goer, and the weird quiet kid, who wants to be alone, and stay at home? yeah, thats how i view myself with the ESFP stereotype. INFP - very similar in a lot of ways. they are like the more gentle and steadfast version of us ISTJ - organised individuals that take no bullshit and give no bullshit. they get straight to the point, and always a have a plan. love these guys. ESTJ - good leaders, or people to put in charge. they do that kind of job well, and i can respect their intolerance for bullshit, as well. ESTP - witty and sarcastic (like ENTPs), but not with the ENTP 'im doing this so effortlessly, and you have no idea' vibe, but more of the 'i have no idea what the fuck im doing, idk why youre being charmed me, like this is just me normally' kinda vibe. you feel me? real funny guys, but the lack of seriousness can get a little old, after a while. ISTP - these guys actually put their intellect into action, and have good spatial and social awareness, whilst remaining intelligent, and practical. they dont have the same procrastination problem that is a disease for us INTPs. between these guys, and the ISFJ, they are the perfect type. INFJ - in the best case, a caring soul, that is secretly, quite intelligent, and is one you can bounce ideas off of, and have long, intellectual chats with. in the worst case, a two-faced liar, who is able to make you feel sooo comfortable, that when they stab you in the back, it shocks you to the absolute core. ENFJ - intuitive social butterflies. unlike the ESFJs, these guys focus less on surface level things, and more on trying to balance a situation or how to *emotionally manipulate* people into doing what they need them to; their finesse seems more intentional, than effortless (like an ESFJ) INTJ - similarly intellectual individuals. our dedication and headspace for knowledge and information, is almost the same. every weakness one type has, the other type does it well. ENFP - PLEASE JUST FOCUS, AND USE YOUR FUCKING BRAIN FOR ONCE. STOP BEING STUPID. FIX THAT STUPIDLY SHORT ATTENTION SPAN. IT'S STUPIDLY IRRITATING. that being said, these guys can be a lot of mindless fun, which can be just the escape you need from the stress of reality. their childlike innocence and wonder is really something we could all use, once in a while tbh i wonder who didnt scroll past and actually read this all the way through.

-ISTP I have an INTP friend, we known each other for like 12 years. We often end up working on projects together, and it's not even that we speak the same language, we already crossed the borders of language. For example: we are working on a rally car, random problem shows up, to be exact engine starts losing power after 4k rpm. Without saying a single word he will be checking the buffer and hugh pressure pumps with a miltimeter for electrical error, while I'm going through the fuel line looking for a leak, clogged tube, or faulty injector. And It's not like it could only be fuel, new waste gate was just barely installed, so we could likely loose boost, but no, in fact it was the fuel system.

As an INTP, I think I understand why INTPs and INTJs are usually considered so similar. The INTP has inferior Fe and blind Se, while INTJs have them switched, with inferior Se and blind Fe. This means that they will both struggle with Fe and Se, and will thus be able to understand each other in some ways. Their Ti-Te and Ne-Ni combos will likely also complement the other, making them “stronger together” in a sense. They’re also both often (but not always) blunt, logical introverts who despise the stupidity and impulsivity of others.

Hmm, here's how I see each type. All from personal (& limited) experience. ENTP: A roommate of mine, but possibly mistyped, although I can't think of a more fitting type. She was definitely an extrovert, and loved trying new things. She pulled me out of my comfort zone, but it was enjoyable to have new experiences. Kinda scatterbrained, but I have a feeling she looked up to me. She was older than me, but she felt like a little sister. Sometimes it was hard to keep up with her social battery though. INTP: The video was pretty spot on with my idea of myself. But my dad is an INTP who I really admire and look up to. Sometimes I disagree with him though, and it can be frustrating. Most of our disagreements stem from his authoritative no nonsense attitude whereas I am more sympathetic to the situation. ISFJ: Another possibly mistyped person. He is very witty and goal oriented. I call him up to talk his ear off whenever I read something cool. ESFJ: I'm not sure I know any, so I'm going to skip this one. ENTJ: Skipping this one too. ISFP: Yet another possibly mistyped person. He's the class clown, doing all sorts of dumb things to get people to applaud him. But he's also incredibly shy. Has a hard time focusing (due to ADHD), but is smarter than people give him credit for. Pretends not to care about his work, but actually does care a great deal. And he's a naturally charming leader, always winding up with a trail of followers at social gatherings. ESFP: We have the opposite priorities in life. I find her very difficult to understand, but I appreciate how incredibly sweet she is. We're both open-minded. That's about as far as the similarities go. INFP: I am very close to my INFP sister. I won't say she is more creative than me, but she is definitely more dedicated to it. Bouncing ideas off of each other is the best, and there is a lot of cool stuff that comes from it. However, I pay more attention to the technicalities of things. It leads to some funny arguments. She is louder but shyer than I am. I can muster up confidence when I have a purpose. She's more likely to get stage fright. Not that I would ever want to be on stage... ISTJ: She was like an older sister to me. I really admired her ability to organize and initiate things. And she was always happy to listen to whatever random thing I was learning about, right down to the details. ESTJ: Don't know any. Skiiip- ESTP: The video was pretty accurate with this one. She is so frustrating to be put in charge of. Pushes my buttons. But I taught her all my "bad" habits and I feel strangely proud whenever she displays them. We have a good relationship now. Her obsession with girly things like fashion and shopping is something I can't understand though. ISTP: I don't know any in person, but I almost mistyped as one. I love to be organized and get things done. Theoretically... But I don't think I could keep up with a real ISTP. INFJ: These guys are extremely sensitive people. I just want to protect them. Sometimes it's annoying though. I want to be their friend without either of us being overly attached to each other. But I also don't want to hurt their feelings. It's a tricky balance, especially when the INFJ in question is emotionally unstable. They are incredibly deep thinkers, but seem to struggle with academics. ENFJ: Again, I don't know any. I know very few extroverts it seems. INTJ: I know four of them. My bff from highschool is one. People would call us "two peas in a pod." But she has accomplished way more than I have. So many sports and extracurriculars. Now she is an electrical engineer and I'm still in college preparing for a Doctorate. 😅 I met two INTJs in college and I seem to have an instinctive liking for them. I admire them as fellow students and am happy to be friends with them both. The other INTJ is my mom. Unfortunately, we don't get along that well. I love her, but she often misunderstands or assumes things, which frustrates me to no end. Too lost in her thoughts (ironic, coming from an INTP) and too focused on how things are supposed to be. ENFP: ENF- who? Nobody I know.

As an INTP, I am Highly interested in these topics and would love to hear from the other points of view as well. The only types I don’t have a person to fit to are ENFP and ISFP, but the rest of these descriptions are spot on. Found myself thinking “that is exactly how I feel about that person.” From personal experience I think this is a much more accurate way of typing people vs trying to figure out their cognitive functions. There is a 3 circle chart out there somewhere that shows how others view each personality, in categories of warm, calm, and intense, with a few of the personalities fitting more than one category. For me, that has been suuuuuper accurate for every person I have typed so far. This video has done basically the same thing just a little more personal and detailed. Iv been trying to find at least one person I know of every type so I can have a face to put to it, like the ESTPs and ENFJ. I haven’t officially typed a person as those, but by your description of them I immediately thought of two people that give me the same vibe unmistakably. Dad is an ISTP, mom is ENTJ, sister is INFJ, gf is INFP…. Only a couple left to put a face to. This is fun. And yes I could very easily talk for hours about this type of thing. Eeeeasily. Lol. 😅

Middle aged INTP here. That's not particularly how I view ENTPs, but otherwise, yeah, those were all pretty accurate. While there's a lot I may have in common with an ENTP, our motivations tend to be very different. ENTPs typically like having an impact on people/society. They'd rather argue for the fun of engaging with others than resolve an issue and will "poke the bear" just to get some sort of reaction, even if that reaction is damaging. I don't think ENTPs are quicker at all... but they toss out absurdities to keep other people on the defensive mentally because most people can't follow the reasoning well enough to find the flaws in their argument... and ENTPs generally LOVE it when someone actually steps up to the challenge. ENTP vs INTJ debates are a blast to just sit back and observe. The ENTP will toss out any and every argument they can conceive of (which is a lot) and the INTJ will remain unmoved and undeterred from their point, with neither taking offense at anything said and both enjoying the mental sparring. The ENTJs being "evil" bit is spot on. The ends justify the means with them, which I both admire and dread.

I'm ENFP, Ne dom with Si inf is a weird loop of always looking for stuff to tell you about yourself in a very abstract sense, why ENTPs will love you for engaging them in debate and bringing something new to the table, they don't see it as losing a debate as much as learning something new. I think we look a bit self-absorbed when it's really not about ego at all. Frank James did a sketch where ENFP starts reading a dictionary to describe himself, and that is kind of accurate, who am I? lets find out with a bunch of hows and whys and what ifs.

Sometimes he can be pessimistic on his own project but I try to encourage him to continue, and listen my friend about his doubts, point at all the good things and sincerely open up about my own pov on his project, bcs I rlly like his projects, he has great ideas and I don't want him to give up something important for himself. I've been watching your channel for a while because my intp partner introduced me to it and it has helped me understand people (or rather, the types) in much more depth than i did when i tried to myself. As an infj, i can definitely atest to the accuracy of how the intp views us and infp (most interesting interactions to watch honestly). Please make more🥺.

This is really accurate, especially in relation to my esfj dad and Infj mom I'm intp and have always been more attached to and connected with my mom As a child I would cry when separated from her and now, as an adult, I enjoy long phone calls with her about things like human behavior and the economy But I feel more distant towards my dad since I just never really knew how to interact with him I see him more as a manchild and appreciate the good things he tries to do but recognize the way he goes about things just doesn't make much sense to me most of the time Also one last thing I've always noticed I'm closest with my infp sibling because of how similar we are but the older we get, the more I see our differences and we've actually grown apart more sadly

INTP here. I’ve seen others give their impressions of each type and I might as well share my own. INTPs - Deep thinkers. But they suck at communication and they make me think to myself “damn am I that bad at communicating to others?” ENTPs - Funny and on crack. But also weirdly good at keeping things interesting INTJs - don’t have much experience with them but they seem interesting. They seem like they can focus their energy outwards better which I can admire ENTJs - Commanders but may be a little domineering. If they get on my bad side I tend to ignore them but I like that they listen to my ideas INFPs - Pretty similar to myself but a lil too mushy ENFPs - Funny and interesting but I sometimes wish they can be more logical instead of having things go in one ear and out the other INFJs - I fall for them hard but they’re super mysterious and not easy to know. Probably the most difficult type for me to figure out. Its a bit of a love hate relationship ENFJs - GREAT advisors. They have this authority that I really admire and respect and they really seem to care about you while still being interesting. They can be a little too overbearing, though. ISTPs - Very chill and I appreciate their logic. Level headed for the most part too. I don’t really have many issues with this type. They remind me of myself but like cooler ESTPs - Fun to go on an adventure with, and they can bring out of your comfort zone, but can be kinda dull in conversations ISFPs - Chill people who keep to themselves but can be annoying when I argue with them, because they use Fi and I don’t lol. They also tend to go for style points in an argument which is annoying af ESFPs - Fun and quite admirable. Great if you wanna just relax and de-stress but if you wanna find a fruitful discussion you’ll have to look elsewhere ISFJs - They can be great for romantic partners and I love their sense of stability. However, they can also piss me off because they will nitpick my lack of Fe in certain situations. They can also be a liiiitle too cautious and if they’re your parents, can be helicopter-y. ESFJs - Great advisors and easy to talk to. They’re good at just making the atmosphere light and warm, and not stressful. But they’re kinda boring lol ISTJs - workhorses, but I don’t really care for them tbh ESTJs - Great at keeping things focused on the goal, but pretty judgy and they’re not quite intellectual peers

I adore ISTPs. Even before mbti, i somehow noticed something in common about people who attracted me. Later it turned out that almost all of them are ISTPs, lol. Even my ex bf was. I found them a better version of me.

Would love more of these, more types in 20 words video's, and possibly some more relationship advice video's. Im an INTP engaged to an ENFP, curious what advice you would have for us? But also how the ENFP may see us besides as their chosen weirdo to champion.

Enfp's see intp's as genius supervisors who are not concerned about what their body is doing in the physical environment. When my intp roommate is taking a boiling pot of water off of the stove, and I am behind them, I am completely terrified and stand as far back as I can

I thought Dear Kristin's videos were mildly entertaining, but her videos of "through the eyes of _ _ _ _" are some of her best videos. Her videos are smart, artistic, and entertaining. I think your videos will be smart and more directly intellectually explanatory. Both bringing your own strengths to the issue. I would love to see your more explanatory take on this, just as I would love to see Dear Kristin make more of her artistic takes on this, both smart in your own ways.

1:24 Watching a (likely) INTP streamer who reminds me of myself....from 8-10 years ago. There's "I used to do that 😋" and "I used to do that 😅🤢". And now there's "Do I have BPD? Do I have BPD with regards to myself?!"

This is spot-on. Like, freakishly so. Right down to the duality of the ENFJ - I know several, and two of them pass the "actually has substance" bar. One, I realised in the end, was a big phat narcissist. Spray and walk away. I'm an INTP that lives with two other INTPs and an ISFJ...and yeah, rigid but also intellectual grandma vibes from the ISFJ, and "how are you simultaneously the smartest and stupidest person in the room" vibes from the fellow INTPs. Including myself. This was a bloody excellent video and I would love seeing a series. Because reasons. *side-eyes stack of writing research*

Alright Im an INTP 6w5 female, Ill give you my perspective on what I think about each type based on my experience and research. 1. ENTP- I love these people, you can argue with them but also have a deep theoretical conversation. 2. INTP- Not sure why, they tend to be like me… so either we connect or we never get to talk to each other. 3. ISFJ- I despise them as friends but as a mentor or advisor, they are someone helpful… to some degree. 4. ESFJ- They like to sugarcoat everything, but are natural caretakers so I dont mind them that much I guess. 5.ENTJ- They are a nice person to “socialize” with, but kept at a distance. Id never marry or date an ENTJ because they like to be in control of things and I fear that. 6. ENFJ- Worst, most manipulative out of all the types. They are too fake. 7. ESTJ- They hate me so it doesnt really matter what I think of them. The minute you tell an ESTJ that you enjoy reading books in a quiet library than going to a beach, its over. 8. ISTJ- They are cool to be honest, down to earth and dont BS. 9. ISTP- I love this type so much, they have a guarded but good heart and a very realistic approach to life. 9. ISFP- Most open minded type to exist. Pretty laid back, I have no complaints except for being too avoidant of conflict. 10. INFP- Really depends, they can either be cool or toxic and obsessive as shittt 11. ESFP- Horrible communication, too bubbly and spontaneous for me. Lack of thinking sometimes tbh 12. ESTP- Reckless mess. 13. INTJ- My homies, different perspectives but the same motive. 14. INFJ- Love ya … just dont try to “fix” me please or be controlling 15. ENFP- Happy, happy, happy. I can read between the lines, I like these types when healthy, good friends. Amazing Ne users, its ENTP on heroine. 16. Im missing one, I forgot

My brother is INTP. And so was my grandpa and best friend in high school. And absolutely not. Actually, from what I have seen, they were/are worried about finding ways to connect to other people and actually fit in. I think that we can all be sensitive and worry about the inferior function way more than what is talked about. Usually people pay attention to the first two functions believing that those come across first in talking and writing. My grandpa’s sensitivity towards people and acceptance was something that would often come across and be quite visible - be it in actions, or while talking, writing… Technically, I have Fe positioned higher in the stack. When I write, my dominant and inferior function (which is not Fe) blend into describing reality through a particular prism, defying norms, sometimes even calling others to actually become more rebellious.
