Following a deadly attack on a Moscow concert hall, with at least 137 killed, Russia has charged four men from Tajikistan. All appeared in court badly bruised with one falling in and out of consciousness. Daesh was quick to claim responsibility, but the Kremlin says Kiev was involved. So how is Russia likely to respond?

Putin will use this to shift blame away from his own failure of not taking seriously and listening to the intelligence he got from the U.S. We heard it from his own mouth. He will do everything to pin this on Ukraine and manipulate his already brainwashed and sheep like citizens with lies. Logic should dictate that the U.S. isn't culpable for this attack. Has anyone given a reason as to what they would get out of it? The U.S. won't even allow the Ukrainians to use certain weapons that they proved to be used to strike sites inside Russia, for fear of escalating the war, but we are to believe that the U.S. is going to sponsor ISIL-K members to carry out a mass murder attack inside Russia. Only stupid people believe that. Additionally, Ukraine has NO HISTORY of state sponsored terrorism of any kind. Besides, they would have calculated that this attack would galvanize the country in the wake of a tragedy. How does that help Ukraine? Make it make sense!!! On top of that, ISIL-K themselves TOOK RESPONSIBILITY for the attack. Why would they put a target on their backs if they didn't do it? Obviously, Russia will retaliate. The logical answer is ISIL-K, who have many of their "brothers" in Syria and parts of African that were killed by Russian forces. The problem is that no matter what you try to do to prevent this kind of thing, complacency sets in. Police perform security on hundreds of concerts, then this happens out of the blue. Most humans cannot comprehend a human that would kill men women and children they do not even know for money.

You should understand that, this was not an unusual open area or one time stage prepared area concert, this is a huge complex building where all around the year going different type of meetings, like concerts or exhibitions etc, and never police giving security to this building, as the complex have their own security,which was shot dead by terrorist in the entrance

How that white Reno car checked on the road camera timing shows till they are on the road by that time they had to do all killing cutting necks, going up to the floors walking slowing as per video, and fire the concert hall, go change, and be on other side of city in the road close to Ukrain border ?
