Great video and progress. I feel like in some ways it's helpful to get down to the nitty gritty like tools, apps, schedule, sample meals, sleep, calories, etc. As one post sarcastically commented: "Let me guess: diet and a workout program." While sarcastic and somewhat cynical, there is a kernel of truth in that. Yes , what is required is simple, but doing it, that is the difficult part for all of is. If it were easy, we would all be fit dads! I think the idea is to find how to crack the code for yourself and this comes in the form of addressing the big issues: Sleep, Nutrition, Exercise, Time, Kids, Emotions, Psychology, Discouragers, Encouragers (Wives can be both). And what tools did people use to motivate, track, train, etc. Great content as always, Anthony. And I picked up your latest book because I know you care and I agree with your philosophy. I was disappointed to see that it looks like your community site is fairly inactive nowadays. I found logging in and seeing what people were doing was a great motivator for me. Maybe bring it back on a regular subscription basis; nothing too crazy, like $20 a month for dads to log in and you can roll out some advice and articles now and then. Cheers!

@BodyweightMuscle none rly, it's only about 130/90 but it's just a bit of anxiety I guess. I'm honestly relatively fit, must be genetics

This is by far my favorite channel I have been following the rapid meals what else could I eat for lunch other than sandwiches and wraps do u pair them with anything else my guy I appreciate it I am trying to drop those lbs

@@BodyweightMuscle yeah I eat a lot of the sandwiches like the egg salad sandwich and chicken breast with pesto would you include anything else with the sandwich like fruit,carrots or anything of that nature for fat loss

@@BodyweightMuscle just asking, I already spend $200 something for another program. I just need to hit a proper weight before I get myself doing some serious calisthenics. 209lbs when started, down to 204lbs. Was using your method and mix of others. Thanks to your book, if I knew you had a real program I would have begun with you. How I am losing my weight, no junk, snacking or even eating before 12pm and anything after 8pm. Your Greek yogurt with honey and other toppings was an excellent idea when I crave something. Anyway, keep doing what you guys are doing.
