INGREDIENTS
4 medium apples
1tsp cinnamon
2tsp honey
1tbsp white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar (100g)
2tbsp custard powder
1/2 cup AP flour
1/2 cup self raising flour
1/2 tsp salt
1tsp baking powder
2 eggs
3 tbsp lemon juice
100g unsalted butter
80ml fresh milk
1tsp white sugar
Bake at 180degreesC for 30-35mins
