Iranian people are some of the kindest and most wonderful people I’ve ever met. My Iranian roommate from 15 years ago, Mohsen, gave me a beautiful little hand woven rug as a parting gift when he moved out. We had many amazing conversations about religion, politics, culture, and life… I’m female and a Christian and our other roommate had a little pug dog, which was not permitted in the home in Islamic culture, but Mohsen was so kind and just laughed and went with the flow with everything that came his way. And he also became a Ron Paul supporter so then I had even greater respect for him 😅 Peace and love to the people of Iran!

There are many KZbin channels of Iranian nomads (Bakhtiari people) who often show making this bread. I agree - very skilled and much thinner - they thin the rolled dough by twirling it in the air. Worth a watch.

Wow it’s amazing to see this kid in his rhythm just making the bread. People can’t wait for it they just come in off the street. I would love to try it fresh from the oven. The machine they use looks like it has been around for a long time. The ingenuity of it is pretty cool. At first I couldn’t figure out what the bottom level was for but he just uses it to slam the dough onto the oven rack. But he has to do it fast enough that the dough doesn’t fall. You have to be young lol it must take a long time to go through all that dough.

I've always had issues with such videos, regarding hygiene and hair nets, the rusty machine, the floor, whether the machine bowl and how clean it, rusty paint falling in the dough, with him leaning inside the bowl to scrape it and hairs falling from head or arms, dandruff, just too many issues

I've explained that I call the boy in the video "brave" because he is working in a dangerous environment. The machinery he is using is powerful and could easily injure him if he is not careful. He is also working in a dusty environment, which could be harmful to his lungs. However, I also emphasize that the boy is skilled and experienced. He knows how to operate the machinery safely, and he takes precautions to protect himself from harm. He is also wearing a mask to protect his lungs from the dust. I believe that the boy is a role model for young people. He is showing that it is possible to work in a dangerous job and still be safe.
