And the opening statement of Oasis "once being one of the biggest bands" is a little strange considering they just sold 1.4 million tickets for 2025 in the UK alone. Oasis lasted 18 years, yet we get this view that they won't last long - some narratives love the negative quotes, too much like new channels that focus on negatives.

Oasis '94-'96 were untouchable, so glad I was young enough to see them a couple of times during this period including Knebworth. Also got lucky seeing them on the Saturday in 2000. Also Ticketmaster have been ripping people off for years. Hearing Liam's voice at the AJ fight I'm not sure he will last more than one date, I'm off to see the best Oasis tribute band this evening for £15, happy days

If Noel truly hates Liam (for valid reasons) and only tour on pain of other reasons, one might be the debth to his ex. So he has the option to maintain his pride and cancel these reunion shows to put things right and give the fans their money back in light of the dynamic ticket pricing. Then sell the Oasis rights to solve the debth. I think if Noel did choose to sell the catalogue instead of touring with that a-hole who calls himself rock'n'roll star, he would once and for all shut anyone up that claims he is in it for the money It would be the greatest manouver in the british music industry.

it hasnt destroyed Oasis it's kept then relevant and in the headlines, they broke up both have had very successful solo careers 9 albums at number one between them. if they kept together, releasing albums as Oasis and touring I don't think they'd have had that level of success, they wouldn't be selling stadiums out now. they'd do alright in the big arena's but they'd largely be seen as popular has been.
