The story Clark told, the deaths of Clark and Lois was a great ending, best I've seen in a series, never missed an episode. My favorite and second seeing them fly together but John finally getting cape and logo was awesome. I will miss the show but time to see where these charters continue for Dc. Series finale gets big 👍👍👍👍

Maybe, but that's what makes a perfect ending. Years go by, everyone has a happy life, there are no loose ends, we're not left with any disappointments, because we know how everyone's story's end. We got an The End, and that's something we almost never get with any story, because the hero survives. As far as I know, Tony Stark is the only other hero who's history from beginning to end that we know!

@@starbrand2972 agreed i wish we got to see more of his sons developments in powers and then a spin off where it shows us the boys raising there families like superman and Lois and have a story about the potential of some if not not all there kids getting powers but they would only be 1/4 kryptonian so they may never be as powerful or have all the Powers as clarks son's but the boys jon and Jordans ageing would probably decelerate as there powers grew and possibly to a point where the are almost immortal and live for hundreds if not thousands of years

Yeah it needed more seasons - the show was originally meant to go on for 6-7 seasons which would have been better, but as good as the ending was (which now I want no one to touch it) the ending could have been extended out a bit more even if they extended it out by 1 or 2 more episodes I feel like the ending would have felt a bit less rushed

Actually "spoilers" in case of this series became apetizers for me. After I learned how the whole thing ended I became interested in the show, as it looked like it made Superman and Lois justice. Just watched the first season in three days LOL and I was impressed how good it was.

The story could’ve went very different in a slight way. After unfortunately the tragic end of doomsday/bizarro superman. Clark was absorbing the solar radiation from the sun. If you are absorbed up enough which most likely would’ve met you hit 99 or 100%. It would have been become immortal yet again and the heart that the human Sam Lane gave him what his transform completely into a kryptonian heart. This is something overlooked by the vast majority of fans if not all fans in the shop. I noticed Clark instinctively stayed within close proximity of the sun so he could completely recharge is kryptonian sales drinking the radiation of the sun. But hearing the commotion on the planet distracted him and he left with prematurely without getting 100% maximum power or absorption. Think of a phone that never reaches 100%. Because it never reaches 100% it will eventually die it does have a limited time. And that’s exactly what happened to Superman. Instinctively if he had stayed just a few moments longer or as long as he needed he would become immortal again. But ultimately this version of superman I don’t see him ever wanting that I don’t ever see him wanting to live forever especially without those who is closest to him his friends and family. An amazing show and it’s bittersweet to see you then. Kind of rehash the rest ending and some character don’t get the right facet of the desert. But all in all very good. Shout out to all the cast members, shout out to every single person who tuned in weekly to watch the show. I love you peace power prominence and protection onto you and your family. May the spirit of Superman shine brightly within us all.

1. It appears Jonathan is stronger than Jordan. 2. Lois died of Cancer, her cancer returned eventually. 3. The human heart donated by Sam Lane made him weak. 4. The kids did not lose their powers. 5. We don't know about their grandkids.

@@Film_Paradise I agree with your part about superman losing his powers over time and dying because of Sam lanes heart I’d also assume that superman’s kids been half human would have lived longer than most humans but their powers would fade as they got elderly ie 200 years old as example I think some of the grandchildren would have got powers and some wouldn’t like a genetic lottery

There are so many unanswered questions for potential spin-offs, let's hope his sons will continue his legacy in a spin-off series. As for their DNA, like you said I am pretty sure time will alter it, making their grandkids or least some of them more human such as when Jonathan had no powers.

I was really hoping that they would at-least bring supergirl for final battle and also show her ending as well. This would have given perfect goodbye to two popular characters. I guess the budget was too tight for that.

i loved the ending just hated that they had 2 different actors playing Jordan and Johnathan at the end of the show they are like 18 so pretty much done growing so that 20-30yr time jump they still would pretty much look the same especially with their delayed Kryptonian Aging
