I'm 6'2 and 126lbs and do not exercise a lot other than at work and occasional visits to the gym. I work as a HCP so drug tests don't occur. Out of curiosity I tried at-home tests on myself. I generally use THC 2-4 times per month and generally don't test positive after 4-8 days after use. individual factors play a large role in testing positive and when in doubt don't use!

You are definitely not eating the recommended amount of calories per day that you should. I'm 5'11" and 3 years ago I was 140lbs and trust me I've heard it all just like you probably have or still are. I truly know it can be difficult and annoying always being told how skinny you are or wanting to gain weight but you don't have the appetite, but trust me you will love the new way you will look and feel. I used to think daily use of marijuana was the main problem for me being skinny but I was able to gain weight while still using marijuana. What helped me a lot was consuming high calorie drinks and shakes with my meals (which would usually be only one or two meals a day) like one nutritional drink called: Boost very high calorie. I’m 5”9 184 pounds and I use about 2 to 3 times a week. I’m moderately active, I work out about 3 to 4 times a week. I took my drug test 11 days after the last time I used and I passed my test. I’m sure everybody composition is different. I think one thing that helped me out was that I always stayed hydrated.

Good video. Thankfully drug testing is starting to avoid THC testing because many states have already, or are in the process of, making it illegal for businesses to test for THC. In 5 more years, hopefully marijuana will finally be seen as a "lighter" drug than alcohol, and be treated as such.

I just got tested, I am a really heavy user (about 2 times a day every day). I'm 5' 11'' and 220 Lb, I just did some interminet fasting and drink a lot of liquids and within 10 days I was clean (at least below 50ng/mL). Idk, I guess there is no a true time frame to get clean.

Thank you for your videos! I am subject to random tests. There’s no way i would smoke a joint. I take maybe a hit or two on a Friday night maybe one hit on Saturday. I do exercise and have a fast metabolism thankfully and Iam not greatly overweight i could stand to loose a couple pounds. I test myself at home. I drink a lot water, iam usually good by Monday morning. I also use milk thistle extract as well.

I am overweight 5’6” 220 lbs but I have been eating healthier and running a few times a week. I started smoking again daily for 2-3 weeks then I just smoked a few times a week. I smoked a bowl Sunday but not sure when I did before that. I have been testing myself. Friday was 5 days clean and I started getting a very faint line. If you glance down it looks positive but when you hold it up you see a faint line. I keep testing myself every day and this morning there wasn’t a line but tonight it’s a faint line again. I’m scared that if I take my preemployment test that is coming up I will fail. It’s been 9 days and I’m afraid that since the line is faint what if they don’t see the faint line or if it fails at the lab.
