To anyone and everyone I passed the test but on the day I went to the testing place done the test left then 😅 5 minutes later they called me back and asked me if this was water 💧 because it was so clean I was drinking like the ocean was going to dissappear. Damn I hate drug testing. I'm not even using marijuana or any other drug and I still hate it. It is a huge violation of my privacy. I don't want a employer telling me what I can or can't do in my own house. It feels too much like servitude and it makes me hate my employer. I was assigned to be my unit's drug tester when my National Guard unit was deployed to Iraq. I learned all of this in the required training for the duty. We were supposed to test 10% of the unit each month. My CO decided that we would only test soldiers returning from R&R, since that was the most likely time they would be positive. One soldier came to me after returning from R&R back home and told me that he couldn't take the drug test since he smoked while at home. I was a little pissed at him, since everyone was told that they would get tested on return to the unit. However, I told him that I would delay it as long as I could. So I did. My CO was very interested in drug testing , and started questioning me why I hadn't yet tested this particular soldier. I kept making excuses. He's on a patrol and wasn't able to take the test. I'll grab him tomorrow. This went on for a few days until my CO chewed me out and gave me a direct order to test him that same day. I went to him and let him know that the jig was up. Fortunately, I delayed it long enough that he passed.

I’ve been following this topic the entire month. I’m a PT and Dietitian who smokes regularly. A client asked me to pass the DOT DT to get a contract. I started doing 16H fasting DAILY combined with eating 1200 calories a day (I’m 190lbs) and 800 calories workout daily (400 calories cardio in the AM and 400 weight training in the afternoon). After two weeks I’m clean. This is not for everyone of course. My test is next week and I’m planning to stop completely today to rest for exactly one week and let the body settle down and avoid metabolite breakdown.

So glad you are here and i hope you can answer me: So if fasting on day(s) of test would cause a massive release of THC saturated fat due to being calorie deficient - would a caloric surplus of dietary fat in the days before and day of test prevent your body from burning ANY of that THC saturated body fat? Probably more important to have an easy to digest meal well before your test as opposed to a fatty meal. That way your body is getting its energy from food and not from fat cells. Also dilute your urine by drinking lots of water and take a B-2 pill to make your urine yellow. The more expensive tests test for dilution, but not sure how common they are.

This video needs a very important disclaimer, and I don’t understand why this guy wouldn’t cover it. Exercising is fine, actually it’s great, for ridding yourself of metabolites more quickly. The caveat is that you need a buffer period before your test in order to clear out all the extra metabolites in your system. So if you’re in a situation where you could have a drug test sprung on you at any moment without warning, then exercise is a dangerous tool. Otherwise, you’ll be fine. Just make sure you stop exercising about 3-7 days before your test.

It’s a parts per million type of test. So if you can get below that threshold, you’re clean. One way to do that is to drink plenty of water before the test to dilute your urine. Never pee test your first pee from sleeping all night! Take a vitamin B-2 pill before so your urine is yellow. The more expensive tests test for dilution, so be ready to take over, but I’m not sure how common these more expensive tests are. Also eat an easy to digest meal well before your test so that your body is getting its energy from the food you just ate and not from stored fat cells. Don’t fast before your test!

Diluted specimen is required of all DOT regulated tests and about 99% of all employment tests. Pretty much standard practice for the last 30 years. Years ago it was standard practice to tell people to drink plenty of water so they would be able to piss. That's no longer the case. People weren't failing the test officially due to the results but many companies wouldn't pay for a second test for that prospective employee. It created a lot of confusion. The entire drug testing process is quite lame. Generally it's the folks that rarely use that don't know how to beat the tests. The people that have a problem stay informed and are prepared for the testing.

I have been smoking for a very long time but I am very skinny, I barely have body fat. It’s been about a week and a half since I’ve stopped and I’ve been exercising heavily since I stopped. My drug test isn’t coming up anytime soon. I’d like to know how long it might be before I test negative, I’ve also been taking activated charcoal tablets as well, will that make any difference?

I’ve got a similar story to you, been a daily stoner for over 2 years. Stopped for 3 weeks and got a home test to see and was still testing positive. Talked to a coworker of mine (he’s skinny too) and he told me it took him 3 months to test positive. I ended up just getting some quick fix fake piss after seeing how many people had success with it. My test is tomorrow, I’ll come back to this with how it went.

That's what I've been thinking for the past year I used to take one or two hits a night but drink almost a gallon of water through the day and stopped smoking since July still do body weight literally eat less where my body go on survivor mode, and I play soccer I'm pretty active, just go back working on the system, watching those videos still doesn't give me any confidence.

Over a decade ago I passed a UA for probation in less than 3 days by running a 1.5 mile loop twice with 3 layers of clothes on to sweat as much as possible. Drank as much water as I could handle. Morning of test I woke up, pee'd (first piss of the day is dirtiest) drank 1 gallon of water, and downed a 12oz Dr Pepper for some color while driving to the test. Passed like a boss. Heavy smoker for years at the time. I'm sure it wouldn't work for everyone but it damn sure worked for me.

It is not stored forever. Fat slowly releases THC regardless of exercise but generally not in quantities high enough to tip over a typical drug cut off level

It's been almost a month, I was about to eat clean and excercize this week. I havent been completely inactive, but I wanted to make a final push to purge the final potential weed from my system. This is really stressing me out. I worked for myself so I didn't need to worry about being clean. Work has dried up and I need a job, and my industry drug tests. I don't want to do the fake piss because I've noticed the employers started sending people to a more thorough lab attempts to catch those people.
