I hurt my back yesterday from resting down a simple window AC unit.. felt some slight pain that got worse. The pain is located below my lower back in between my pelvic area.. I literally can't move without my back feeling like its about to snap

Sorry to hear that. It's definitely a good idea to get something that acute checked out quickly. Usually acute injuries like that resolve quickly if you get them treated right away.
